I know ppl by default believe the girl in these cases. I do too. But I guess we should not jump to conclude he's guilty already. This Bollywood is such a bad place, I will not be surprised if this girl is just framing the guy. May the guilty be punished!

first of all the guilty should be definately punished .

And its not necessary that the guy is only at fault because there is that universal conception that " the girls never lies about rape"...the girls these days can do anyhting to achieve something..not that i m blaming the girl here but i feel we should not jump to conclusion...
