WE don't know exactly if she died or not but towards the end of today's epi they show Maitheli has locked herself in a room and when her grandfather breaks into the room he sees Maithili on the floor covered in blood with a knife near her hand I wudn't really call her dead because I think this is just a failed suicide attempt🤢
