Begum Sahiba Vs Ahil's mom

My gut feeling says that either Begum sahiba or Ahil's mom is Tannu ( CVs obsession may hit us faster than we think), Aahil has no connection to Seher because she is a look alike of Sanam and Aahil would have startled to see Sanam as she resembles Seher but nothing like that happened and it is clear that Seher will be part of a different track ...what say guys? Billi is close right?

i think Begum Sahiba is Tannu.. lady gangster and she is using Ahil & others!
