she is there everywhere. Even in todays episode Payal went running towards this girl. We can not see her in all the scenes because it is from her perspective. She is viewing everything from her eyes.

I also don't understand why the Goenkas have not recognised Dr Dayal. I agree there has been a huge transformation (driver to doctor) . But still, did he not look familiar to them?

She is there as nitya it seems in some epi she is shown with diff makeup n hairdo in goenka office near mathur cabin.like so with tat changes in makeup n hairstyle she is there with payal in d fb scenes. They didn't keep tab as shown.so now as they r showing goenkas r super rich n someone trying to avenge them n it's clear it's about payal n sakshi got doubt on durga. It's not difficult to connect d dots as they r showing sakshi as smart n conniving n also they can easily keep tab on durga now.but it's soap lets see wat cvs has in store for viewers.
