No, that can't be right. Cos Bhimdev hates Prithvi so why would he want his daughter to marry him. Instead of liking Prithvi, Indravati would actually hate him. Also the first time when Sanyo sent Prithvi a letter to ask if he knew Rajkumari Indravati she also said that she is from a place called "ujjain" or somefink like dat.
