Because his eyes say everything

Today's epi was tempered in many ways...many things happened but it didn't feel as jarring and rushed through as some past epis have felt...Geetanjali using alcohol to lighten up Rudra-Paro😆...chalo atleast Singh Sir expressed some reservations😆

But what stood out the most today were those last 5 minutes of Paro and Rudra's drunk interactions...loved their dialogues today.

Starting from the bit where he takes off her sandals when she complains that they are hurting her...and the way they take the convo from there with her asking him why his face falls the moment he sees her in pain😆...amrood jaisa was the metaphor she used😆...and Rudra saying he can't bear seeing her in pain to which she responds that she can't bear seeing him in pain either...and feels like there is a 2 Kilo wheat bag on her chest😆...such cute lines they got.

But the bits after that were even more adorable...Rudra's "Bas kar Bus ki baat, Paro" bits...he's SO fed up of her bus story😆...and then saying he wishes his bus had never parked right next to hers...aww Rudra...and Paro happily telling him that all his "Kaash's" are bekaar😆

And him threatening her to NOT call him Major Saab...threatening her with her OWN sandal pointed as a gun🤣 Priceless😆...





His threats seriously have no effect on Paro😆...and today she explained why...she knows he behaves badly with her so that she hates him but she tells him that no matter what he does, his eyes reflect his pain, his regret, his worry for her and she just ends up falling more in love with him😆

And then the way his eyes soften with a smile as she says this...so adorable.





For the nth time, this man has AMAZINGLY expressive eyes...aaj toh Paro ne bhi bol diya😆

Those EYES Nothing left to say- really! the 'sweetness' in those eyes in the last scene- when Paro says she loves him! He soo loves to hear that na! Even when he's sober- it just knocks him off- when hes not erupting with anger that is. But the way he looks at her in that last scene- like he's really found some piece of heaven.

yeah that awesome 5 mins.. actually i love that 5 mins only..:) how can he looks grumpy and cute at the same time.. 😳😲 his eyes maar hi dalegi 😳 Hats off to you Ashish..:) Sanaya was so adorable..

LOL have you watched the epi yet, Shalini? There are bigger things for them to remember if the precap is anything to go by😆😆...convo toh baad ki baat hai😆

Yes, he's always awed when she now tells him she loves him...what awes him is that he's so harsh to her yet her declarations of love only get firmer...that is what is wearing him down...to be loved like that...and in this mellow state, his eyes communicated his affection over hearing that even more...you've described it perfectly...it was like he found his piece of heaven there.


The Major Saab cribbing has been happening for a while now...but seems like Paro will keep on calling him that...I think it's their way of copying Nakku's "Saab" by the way😆...it doesn't quite fit in this show but they seem to want to do it regardless😆...would be nice though if she reverts to Rudra...maybe if he insists enough NICELY she'll do it?😆...But it's got more to do with the fact that her love for him is one of devotion before anything else...since she's put him up on a pedestal in her life, they had to give a title to go along with it😆


Now as for your last question...LOL yeah it's likely that Rudra will use this to drive a wedge b/w them...blame her somehow again...the fact that he gave in to the lure for once😆...you'll get your wish :P

@bold: I wonder about that too...another expression of his I loved😆...his fed up expression when Paro goes, "Main toh bolungi" despite him telling her to stop talking...lol

Today Ashish showed me once more time why I love him so much... His drunken act was out of the world..I think I love him drunk more (than sober)...😆 He never, for a second even, went overboard with his gestures, words or even the unsteady walk.. everything was perfect.. the growl- he does that often! He is quite an actor! The last parting shot was WOW... His eyes seeems to linger on the screen even after the show was over...
