He has a health condition , coz of which he cant loose weight easily. Sonam had told this in an interveiw to zoom last year. Other than shooting all the time he has he spends in gym , arjun said in a recent interveiw during tevar shooting.

If he is referring 2 Malaika thrn its not called a heart-break...its called reality.check..i mean seriously why now he is a bollywood star...a handsome one...he can get anyone...better than Malaika...
