Nikkah pe Nikkah?

Not that I am complaining about ZaYa's Nikkah scene, because I loved it but...
A second Nikkah is not allowed!!!

Even though they used different names, they still did the Nikkah infront of witnesses when they are already married. According to Islam, a second Nikkah over a first of the same couple is strictly forbidden as it makes the Nikkah invalid.😕

As a muslim i believe i can't trust anything like this
Unless u gv ma a hadees or ayat complete reference.

Nikah pe nikah nhi ho saktaa...
Ager aurat kisi aur shaka se shadi kre.
Jb k wo already married ho.

Esa army jihad ya plane crash incidents me hoaa he
K husb ka ptaa na lg saka
Aur aurat ne iddat poorii ker k nikah ker liyaa dosra.

Mgr is pe bhi kuch controversies hain.

So i don't believe k nikah fasiq / khatam ho jata he.

As koi vald hadees ya ayat nhi prhii mene.

As he cm to know that his wife is dead.

Plus d girl married d same boy
As her father in law told her that her husband is dead.

Both of them got married to each other
Without knowing d fact that they r marrying d same one again.

I have read that novel, in that case it was allowed because she thought her husband was dead and he didn't know that its the same girl who he married before.
But a Nikkah done twice intentionally with the same person is not allowed. I have heard this from many scholars and searched about it too when I read this novel
but let me see if I can find a source relating to it.

But this wasn't intentional, was it? Circumstances made them remardy otherwise they had not gone with intention of getting married but to remain in place and find Barkat they had to don themselves as bride and groom and ultimately get married

I actually never heard that !

But my mom actually told me the opposite one day
She was talking and was like whenever a girl goes to her mom house
For a few days when they come back like its
Good if they like do a Nikaah again , I don't know
She said it a different away and I kinda forgot !
But yeah it's not against Islam to get married to the same
Person twice 😳
