Its written by a well known Muslim Novel WriterIn that novel in d endThat man married d same girl AmnaaAs he cm to know that his wife is dead.Plus d girl married d same boyAs her father in law told her that her husband is dead. Both of them got married to each otherWithout knowing d fact that they r marrying d same one again.Moral of d story it does happen& i nvr heard about nikah fasiq etc.Give me hadees or ayat references please
But this wasn't intentional, was it? Circumstances made them remardy otherwise they had not gone with intention of getting married but to remain in place and find Barkat they had to don themselves as bride and groom and ultimately get marriedOriginally posted by: HeavenlyBliss.
I have read that novel, in that case it was allowed because she thought her husband was dead and he didn't know that its the same girl who he married before. But a Nikkah done twice intentionally with the same person is not allowed. I have heard this from many scholars and searched about it too when I read this novelbut let me see if I can find a source relating to it.
