Interesting line. The voiceover sets the idea "but Destiny has other plans" which we've all come to know all too well with soaps.

any thing is possible in ekta mam shows may be pragya marry with suresh then after a leap they show suresh dealth and pragya marry with abhi then when abhi and pragya love each other sooo again suresh entry this time suresh with new look no more innocent in behavior very arrogant and angry young man type just seee if we start imagining how ekta mam story gone be soo many things r possible 😆

My theory is Pragya and Suresh were destined. However, in comes Abhi, with his blasphemous anti-destiny chanting, and breaks the destined pairing. This is why the voiceover first explained how everyone was destined for someone, but that was disrupted by Abhi's shout.
