sanam is a veryy common name in muslims..
do u know zindagi gulzar hai..? ever heard of it? if yes then the lead actress's real name is sanam.. in Pak we have 3 greatactresses whose names are saman..
sanam baloch, sanam jung and sanam saeed...
its a very common girl name..

I dislike the look. She doesn't look any different from Zoya actually.

They should've given her shorter hair. I'm still hopeful that this look is only for praying or to fool someone. She probably goes home and changes into a short skirt with a sleeveless top or something 😆. See Gitey I'm so positive *wipes tears*.

As far as the name goes I had already named Asya's daughter Aasiya Ahmed Khan ages ago in my mind so I don't like the name Sanam. And when Sanam gets upset with KVB's character he will sing:

Jitne bhi tu karle sitam,
Has has ke sahenge hum,
Yeh pyaar na hoga kam,
Sanam teri kasam.
