Kareena Kapoor offends Surya's fans

It seems Kareena Kapoor Khan has a knack of getting into trouble for being so outspoken. Her comment on South superstar Surya has created a stir down South. The pretty actress had said in an interview that she is not aware of who Surya is. Not only has this comment been condemned by all his fans, who think it is an insult to the star, but have also expressed their ire on social media.

A media report says that reacting to rumours that Bebo was making her debut in Kollywood by doing an item number in Surya's forthcoming movie Anjaan, Kareena said she is not doing any such thing. In fact she claimed that she is not aware of who Surya or director N Linguswamy are, and has not signed Anjaan. In fact she reportedly said that she has no interest in doing non-Hindi films be it Hollywood or down South.

This controversy started when there were reports on April Fool's Day that she is doing an item song in N Linguswamy's Anjaan. However, while it was all done in fun, some publications took it seriously. However, Kareena's comments have not gone well with Surya's fans, who want her to apologise to him or at least give clarification on her comment.
