My reactions to Paro deciding to stand on one leg 🤣 but having done some research, look what I found...

The Chinese (all wise and knowing in health matters) call standing on one leg...Jin Ji Du Li (literal meaning Golden Cockerel (Hen in Paro's case) standing on one leg), this exercise/pose can help with:

* Hypertension
* High blood sugar
* Neck and Spin
* Dementia

So eyes closed, complete beginners or less steady on their balance do so for 10 seconds/1 minute. As you get fitter for longer time period!!

then paro definitely needs to do this. see cvs know what they are doing😆
