Taani didn't want to sit there and replay all that time. She hung her head down. She couldn't dare to meet someone's eyes. She will break-down in front of them. And, that will be the last thing she wanted to do. She clasped her fingers in her lap and gulped. All were silent. She could even hear the howling of breeze outside. The jiggling of leaves. Her throat constricted, feeling dry. She knew, she couldn't make herself to talk. After taking few breaths to calm down, she looked up. Gayatri was looking at Rey. Swayam was patiently standing, still on the same spot, in the same position. Rey was looking, thinking into a space. Her eyes slowly turned to Sharon. Sharon was sitting on one of the sofa, she was looking at Rey. But, then her eyes flickered to Taani.

Taani gulped and quickly look down. Rey sighted and ran his fingers through his hair. Gayatri looked at Both, Rey and Taani. "Rey, don't think of any lie. We want to know. TRUTH. ONLY TRUTH." She said firmly. Gayatri looked at Taani, it wasn't with hate nor love. Gayatri looked at Taani while blinking blankly. She turned to Rey and sighted. Taani was becoming impatient. She couldn't sit here anymore. But, she couldn't dare to stand up and excuse herself. She could feel the pressure, tension in air. It was like, it was on her shoulder. Any minute, she will fall down due to the tension.

She wet her dried lips. Her threaded fingers were tight now. Without any second thought, she stood up. All eyes focused on her. She gulped, " I guess, I should leave. Since, it's a.." She looked around at all of them. "It's a family discussion." She finished. No one didn't say anything. Rey clenched his fist as Taani slowly moved from her spot and started heading towards her room. Taani could feel, everyone's eyes were on her back. She forced her feet to work faster. Finally, she reached near her room, she opened the door and entered. She clicked the door closed behind her and walked to bed and sat on it. A sob escaped from her lips. She gulped so, her sobs wouldn't go out of the room. She palmed her face and sobbed silently at her misery.

Rey gulped as he explained everything. How he came to know, Kia and Raj's engagement. How he came to know, Raj have sister and how he hide it from them all this year. But, he didn't explain why he is with Taani. Swayam glared at Rey.

"I can understand, why you hate Kia. But, what about her?" He asked, referring to Taani. Rey looked around at all of them with a hard, stony glance. " I don't want to talk more. It's my decision." Swayam shook his head. " What do you mean, it's your decision? Dude, you know, we will never stab you in back like Raj did." Swayam shouted at Rey. Rey sighted and nodded. But, he didn't say anything further. Swayam looked at Sharon helplessly. Sharon sighted. "Rey. If you trust us, why you are not telling us the reason behind this all engagement drama?" Sharon asked. She looked at Gayatri who was staring at Rey patiently.

Rey greeted his teeth and jumped on his feet. " This not a drama, damn it. In coming 2 days, I am going to get engaged with his sister, Taani. Then, I will marry her also. He should know, what happens when you take cross with Rey Singhania!" Rey hissed. Swayam looked at Rey with disbelief. Sharon couldn't say anything. Gayatri shook her head. "Look, Reeyansh. I know, whatever Raj and Kia did was very disrespectful to your trust. But, why you are punishing Taani? Why you are involving in all this?" Gayatri asked, her eyes were begging.

Rey just walked to the bar counter. His dad like to keep a collection of wine. Rey opened the tip of the bottle and pour him a red rich wine. He turned to all and took a sip. " I am involving her because, all the time she knew, Kia and Raj were having an affair. She also knew, I and Kia were in relationship. She knew it, damn it. She knew it." Rey hissed angrily. Swayam closed his eyes, now he got, how messed up this situation is. He knew, no one can take that vivid anger from Rey's mind. Now, his anger wasn't only in his mind. It's in his soul. Sharon sighted and walked to Gayatri and sat beside her. The silence fell in room.

"What's your plan, Rey?" Swayam asked, breaking the silence. Rey took a sip from his glass and shrugged. " The same. Marry her and show Raj what he has done. Simple." Rey said. Gayatri looked at her son. The way he was stating this very easily. It was too much for her to accept. Revenge was all, he could see. She could understand. But, she can't accept that her son was going to do this. "Reeyansh. Don't do this please." Gayatri said in very low voice. Rey shook his head, "Maa.. You have two choice, be with me or I will never show my face to this Singhania Residence. I hope, you are smart enough to make a choice." Rey said.

Gayatri gasped. "Reeyansh.." Swayam looked at him with his wide, shocked eyes. "Dude!!!" He exclaimed. " You are being a psychic." Swayam shouted. Sharon quickly stood up and walked to Swayam. She knew, he was getting hyper. And, it was expected. Seeing your childhood friend, acting like a complete new , different person. Sharon shook her head and threaded her fingers with him. He looked down at her. "Calm down." She whispered. "I can't clam down damn it..He..." Swayam glared at Rey. Sharon shook Swayam's hand. She turned to Gayatri. " I think we should leave. It's going to take some time to get calm down." Sharon said. She turned to Swayam and forced him to leave Singhania Residence.

Gayatri sunk in her sit. A choice? She looked at Rey who was pouring him a glass of wine. Does she really have choice? She already lost her son. Just her and his relationship is getting better. Can she again leave him? But, then her eyes flickered to Taani's room. Gayatri closed her eyes and sighted. She stood up and walked towards Rey. Rey was shoving wine in his mouth like a water. His back was to her. Gayatri placed her hand on Rey's shoulder. He didn't glance back.

"I am with you, Reeyansh. I just hope, your anger will fade away. And, you will be able to see, what mistake you are doing." She said and left from there.

Taani opened her eyes. She jerked up and looked around her in panic. The room looked different. Her head was pounding in pain. She massaged her fore head and looked around. Her shoulder slumped down as she remembered, she was in Rey's house. She looked down, she must have slept after crying continuously. The some part of pillow was stained, she had buried her face in pillow. She sighted and stood up. She kicked her heels and stood on her bare feet. Suddenly, door clicked open. But, it didn't open completely. Just little. Taani peeked her head to side, to see who's it? She waited. But, nothing happened. She gulped and walked towards the door. She nervously held the knob and pulled the door open. She froze as she was Rey was blinking on her. Her eyebrows knotted in confusion as he was rocking on heels and then on his toes.

He looked at her while blinking. But, it seems like he was struggling to focus on her. He glared at her and suddenly stepped in her room, taking her off guard. She jumped back two steps. Suddenly, she saw he was gripping a bottle of red liquid in his hand. She looked at his body composure. He wasn't completely drunk. She knew, the bottle was of wine.

"Rey, you are drunk." She whispered. He turned to her and nodded. He walked towards her slowly. Taani gulped as she looked at Rey. Fear rose in her body. He stopped in front of her and tilted his head and looked at her. Taani gulped and looked around the room to escape.

Rey chuckled. "I am not interested in you. Naahh..." He looked from toe to head. His eyes remained with icy glare. Taani gulped as his eyes roamed shamelessly on her body. "What are you doing her?" She dared to ask. He looked straight in her eyes. He held her gaze. She froze, as his eyes met hers. Again, she felt like he was peeking through her soul.

"Righ.. what am I doing here??" He asked. He lifted the bottle and looked at it with bored expression. He left the bottle from his hand. The bottle's base collided with floor and the entire bottle scattered into pieces. Taani yelped and jumped back in shock. She looked up and met with Rey's icy glare. A cold shiver ran through her spine.

"You knew, right?" He hissed. Her eyebrows knotted in confusion. Rey's glare remained on her. "About, Kia and Raj." He hissed. Taani gulped. Her lips quivered. She knew all. She knew, Kia was cheating on Rey. Though, she was misguided that Kia was in a forced relationship. But, once she should have tried to find what was the truth.

"Answer." Rey shouted. Taani's shoulder shook with fear. Rey stepped forward. "You knew. Why didn't you tell me?" He barked at her. She started shivering with fear. Her eyes blurred with tears.

"Ohh..Please! Cut that crap.. Kia also used to use it on me." Rey scowled. Taani gulped and nodded. "Why didn't you tell me?" He pressed. A sob escaped from her lips. Rey groaned, "Stop crying damn it." He hissed. Taani slightly jumped as he hissed at her. Rey waited her to say something, to give him those challenging eyes like she gave him in the studio. But, she was just shivering. He finally got satisfied that she was breaking. Her confidence wasn't in her anymore. He was finally breaking her. He was finally breaking Raj's sister.

Rey shook his head. " You know what, you are after all, his sister. What can I expect." He laughed off. Taani clenched her fist. She wasn't like her brother. He was down from her eyes when he chose Kia over her. Rey chuckled and shook his head, " I wonder, what parents you had? I mean, Looking at Raj.. I don't think-" He couldn't finish as he felt the stinging sensation on his left cheek. His face was jerked to left side. Taani was shaking uncontrollably.

Rey's eyes widen as he started to feel the pain. His left cheek was burning. He put his cold hand on it and winced. He snapped his head towards her direction, her eyes were wide with fear. She was shaking badly, her shaking hand flew to her mouth. His jaw ticked straight, he looked at her with so much rage. Her breathing stopped. In no time, he barged out of the room. Taani put her back on the wall and slide down. She was never violent. She buried her face in her palms and sobbed. He mentioned her parents and she knew, she knew, he was going to say something really bad about them and she wasn't ready to hear it. She herself didn't know, when her hand lifted and landed on his cheek.

She felt horrible. She never slapped anyone. No matter what the situation was, she shouldn't have hit him. She got frightened when Rey slapped Kia. Now, she herself. She shook her and slowly stood up, taking support of wall. She leaned her head back and tried to breath. She gulped with difficulty. With shaking legs, she drew herself to bed and collapsed on it. She should apologize him. But, the way his eyes raged with fury. That heated glare.

She curled in ball on her bed and sobbed.

Gayatri yawned and walked towards the library. On the way, Taani's room was there. She heard sobbing voices. The door was open. Gayatri hurriedly walked towards Taani's room but stopped at the doorway. The pieces of bottle were scattered, the red liquid was all over the part. She looked at Taani who was curled in ball. She was sure, Rey didn't harm her physically. Something must have happen between them. She hesitantly looked at the scattered piece then at Taani. She walked towards Taani silently and pulled the blanket on top of Taani.

Taani jerked up but relaxed when she looked at Gayatri. Gayatri wanted to comfort her. Her eyes were swollen. But, Gayatri restricted herself. She knew, Taani wasn't the responsible for what happened to Rey and she don't deserve this. But, she didn't want to mess up the things, more. She would talk to Taani tomorrow. Taani's condition was like any minute she will faint.

"I slapped him." Taani whispered. Gayatri gasped but quickly masked it.

" Taani.." Taani looked up at Gayatri. Gayatri gently nodded at her. She helped Taani to lay down and pulled the blanket carefully over Taani.

"Go to sleep, take rest. You can handle it in Morning." Gayatri told her gently and patted Taani's cheek. Taani's eyelids started to drop. A soft sob left from Taani. But, she was too much tired to even cry. Gayatri watched as Taani drifted to sleep.

Taani looked in mirror. She woke up in morning. Her room was already clean. The scattered pieces of glasses were gone. She gulped nervously as she combed her hair and pinned it in a simple ponytail. She somehow got to know from servants that Rey had left for Jatin's office. He was going to be there for most of the day. The servant had overheard the conversation between Gayatri and Rey.

Taani sighted as she picked up her cell-phone. 29 missed calls, 39 voice message,108 texts. The news must have got to all of her dance crew, everywhere. She looked at the reflection, a flashback of 'Slap to Rey' appeared in front of her. She was going to apologize to him. Whatever the situation was, she never raised her hand on anyone. Her parents never supported it and she will never. She won't be able to sit still, knowing that she slapped Rey. She knew, apologizing wasn't going to help. The slap had make the situation even more worse.

She walked away miles from the Singhania's Residency. She grabbed a rickshaw and told him the address where Jatin's office is. She informed Gayatri through a servant that she is going out. Taani sighted as she jumped out of the rickshaw who was standing outside the RS's private studio. Jatin's office was in RS studio.

She entered the building and straight bumped with Jatin. Jatin raised his eyebrows at her. "Where is Rey?" She asked. He looked up and down at her. A simple jeans and a sky blue floral top. Jatin shrugged," He is on terrace. On, the 3rd floor." He informed and left. Taani shook her head and walked towards the lift.

DING.

The doors of lift slided. Taani breathed in and out and walked out of the lift. The floor wasn't polish. It wasn't floor. It was freaking a flat. The furniture and everything was there. Rey's big photos were hanging on the walls. She looked ahead. Rey had back to her, his hands were on railing. His flat was connected to the terrace. She gulped and entered the terrace.

"Rey.." She whispered.

His eyes widen as he heard her soft voice. His blood rushed through his veins. Again, that weird sensation. He whipped and turned around. She was merely few feet away from him. Her face was all tired, eyes were red. But, as wind whirled and kissed his skin. Taani shivered, the air was cold. She heard some noises but ignored it.

"Reyy..I am so-" But before she could say. He grabbed her and, in instant she was in his arms. He gazed down at her and then leaned. His lips pressed to hers. He took her lower lips in his and caressed it softly with his tongue.

Taani's eyes widen as his lips pressed her. When he started to caressed it with his tongue, she got shocked. His arms were tightly around her waist. She tried to pull back and but it was too late. By one arm around her waist, he pressed her body to his. His another hand cupped her back of the neck and pulled her towards him. She tried to punch her fists on his chest, to shove him away. But, he was strong. He broke the contact between their lips, his breath was fanning her lips, making them tingle.

"Kiss me back." He whispered, hissed. His arm tightened around her waist. He leaned and as soon as, her lips came contact with her. Taani shivered in his arms. She gasped as she felt the tingling sensation throughout her body. Her knees were too weak to stand on it's own. Rey took it as advantage and entered his tongue into her. Their tongues intertwined, Rey could taste the strawberry, the flavor of her lipgloss. He titled his head and deepened the kiss. Taani's eyes were closed. His mouth clamped hers. Their tongues were playing, exploring. She could feel ticklish feeling in her stomach.

Rey licked her lower lip and slowed down the kiss. Taani was out of the breath. Rey pressed his lips to her softly for a moment and leaned back. He touched his forehead to hers. His both arms circled around her waist. He lifted his hand, caressed her cheek. Taani was still in daze. Rey looked down at her lips. They were swollen, red. Their nose touched.

Taani's heart stopped. She looked up at him and gasped. She responded him. She responded him while kissing. Rey smirked down at her. She stared at him. She was breathless. Her lungs were screaming for oxygen but she couldn't breath.

She was again being kissed, without her permission. And, the main thing was, she responded.

Rey smiled and inserted the ring into her finger. He took her hand and kissed into her soft palm. Taani gulped as his lips touched her skin. His eyes held hers.

The loud applause boomed around them. She smiled back...
