There are lot of people saying that KVB can only play negative roles?!!😕😡
I don't know if people on this forum even know the actor and what roles KVB has played b/4..Maybe you guys have heard that he played a negative role as Viraj Dobriyal b/4 so you are basing your judgements on that. But, as a fan and someone who is being offended by the comments on KVB I have to clear this misconception, just for my own peace of mind!😆
B/4 he even played Viraj, he was known and that too widely and famously known as Prem/UD in KZK.😃
UD had grey shades, just like any arrogant, rich character he was disrespectful to his elders and oved ones!
Mukti came into his life, and the man who never thought he would marry, much less fall in love had fallen deeply and irrevocably in love w/ Mukti! She was the only one that changed UD to Prem, and for Prem his reason of living, of loving was Mukti! The guy went insane w/ jealousy, possessiveness for Mukti...He was lost by love for this tomboy woman who made him crazy. Every chance he would get, he would beg for Mukti to forgive him and love him! ☺️
They did unite, but one can see after Mukti died, Prem barely remained sane! His whole existence ended w/ Mukti's death...he lived for her, and would rather die than live w/o her!
So folks, he has played it all from Viraj who I wanted to kill w/ my own hands, to Prem/UD who I loved and made me cry b/c he loved insanely, once he knew what love was!
Prem/UD made KVB the famous actor he is..and that definitely wasn't negative role, it had grey shades, where his only reason for being was Mukti, after he had irrevocably fallen in love w/ her..he was intense, jealous, possessive lover after that, and positive as well..Prem-Mukti pairing is still one of the best love stories out there.
Also, KVB is known for his creativity w/ his roles..and if you have watched Prem/UD you will see what I mean by that b/c his clothes, his rings, his swagger, his style, his open ended rings..everything that the guy has used in his roles has been a hit!
Here is one intense scene, that still make me tear up!😭 Judge for yourself! And give the actor a chance, b/4 you go crazy on him. He is not replacing KSG!

P.S...being honest here, I had hoped that KVB wouldn't accept this role, b/c he certainly deserves a better CV than Gul, KVB is all about that extra creativity in all his roles..I had definitely wanted him a in a new drama, away from QH. I wish KVB the best and hope his chemistry w/ Surbhi works out..I hope he gives his character a new dimension just like he did when he played Prem/UD. Welcome back KVB!😊

Trust me, I wish Gul would shut this drama off, but as well all know TRP is what Indian TV lives for. KVB is a talented actor, and I know he will do justice to his character no matter how much short term the show is going to air! I wish him the best!😃
