He was working as a PR while also dabbling with modeling. But after "getting television offers constantly", Harshad Arora moved to Mumbai to try his luck as an actor.
After a few commercials and auditions, Harshad bagged a lead role on television. Currently seen as Zain in Beintehaan, Harshad has already made his way into millions of hearts. And starring opposite him as his leading lady is actress Preetika Rao, film actress Amrita Rao's sister!
The actor, who is a hard-core vegetarian, explains how he had to tone his body before starting to shoot for his current outing. "UIt was not very difficult for me because I am a vegetarian. But I have to work out to maintain my body," he says. Harshad, in his free time, "enjoys traveling and eating." Also a self-confessed foodie at heart, he says, "I am a foodie and also love watching food shows on TV. But I cannot cook!"
