Hi!

Because of time crunch, I am going paste some of my parts of posts that I had made in your thread, divya and mansi's thread and will add to it.

It looks like Jalal is hurt that he is not able to win Jodha's trust and Jodha will be hurt that Jalal is not trusting her and doubting her according to promo.so either way there is misunderstanding. In this case, neither of them is wrong.

Jodha is already feeling guilty and feeling she is doing "PAAP" by hiding from Jalal. I DO NOT blame JODHA becuase she is vachan -bound and as rajvanshi and mughal she will not break promise of her brother even if it meant harm to her or her relationship with jalal or to her prestige/dignity (jalal and jodha are similar that they upheld their zubaan and vachan even in dire circumstances). But, I DO NOT blame JALAL either because he trusted Jodha and is worried about her and asked her patiently if there is problem. So if he gets mad at her and ask her what is going on then it is understandable as long as it is between them and not public. They can fight inside their hojra and vent their frustrations and bring out passion, anger etc. It looks like it might remain private.

I just hope Jodha does not misunderstand that Jalal is doubting her character and hope jalal tells her that he is not doubting her character but just worried about her safety. I do not want Jodha to be sent to Amer either. Jalal and Jodha needs to learn to solve their problems amongst themselves and neither of them cannot just decide ok she should go to amer whenever a big problem comes up

Due to vachan, Jodha cannot tell Jalal she met sujamal but Moti can save her by telling Jalal or may be Jodha can tell Jalal that person is helping her to find a traitor in palace who is trying to kill her husband but she cannot reveal the name of helper bec she is vachan-bound. Jodha should have told Jalal about all these without revealing Sujamal's name and therefore her vachan would have upheld too and Jalal won't have been hurt too. I believe Jalal will not have force her to reveal the name because he also knows the value of zubaan and vachan.

Or she could tell what you (Adi) said in your post :

"Yes I am troubled by some matter but am unable to share it with you now since I myself do not know or understand what it is. Once I have been able to do so, You will be the first person I will tell' -

OR something like what shraddha said in Divya's post. I am going to quote her. I don't think she will mind quoting her.

One small gesture from her end..one look in the eye... just take his hand in hers with support/empathy/care.. look at him without flinching and say 'I started off doing something...I agree it is against Mughal kaide kanoon, but my intention was not wrong...I'm caught up in a bit of a trouble, but I have some theories and am seeking proof for it (Sujamal's innocence)... I want to get my head cleared a bit before I'll tell it all to you.. but, trust me when I want to say it you'll be the FIRST one I'll confide it all in...just give me a couple of days.. and you'll know what's happening...but, till then just remember this friend will wish you NO wrong and do you no wrong!'

I know why Jalal is not asking Jodha directly about the man because I fear too that she might misunderstand that he is doubting her character. But, if he says this which I had shared in Divya's post:

If he says that MA followed u for safety and when she told me u were meeting a stranger; i thought u were in trouble and someone is putting pressure on u and that is why I followed u for ur safety but could not hear what as going on. Next day, I asked you if there was a problem and if u wanted to share anything but u did not say anything. I waited patiently for u to be open to me but u still did not budge. Do you have any idea how worried I was for u and ur safety and how hurt and upset I was that u won't share me the problem with me as ur friend, husband and emperor. Can you imagine if others had seen you going out alone and meeting stranger then what would happen to ur honor. AS ur husband, I have full faith in u, ur character and loyalty towards me but others might not and that would affect u, me and Sultanat.

If Jalal says this too Jodha, then she will not misunderstand him as that he is doubting her character. But, if she still does then it will be Jodha's fault that she did not believe Jalal.

These two need to know how to communicate properly and openly with each other and selecting words that won't hurt each other and their feelings.

Regarding spoiler I had posted this in Mansi's thread:

I do not have faith in spoilers anymore after Mohan tiger attack that we were supposed to see some scene in jungle or atleast nursing wound scenes in Agra palace but did not get either of them. However,SUPPOSE I assume that the jungle track spolier in telly chakkar was true, then I HOPE Jalal vents his anger of hiding stuff and about safety etc and does not say something that implies doubting her character. Because then what was the point of Jalal saying that he does not doubt her character or of cheating but just worried that she is in dabaav, majboori, khauf and worried about her safety in this last few episodes. CVS BETTER NOT RUIN what they shown in last few episodes about Jalal trusting her immensely. I just don't want Jalal to say something in anger regarding her charatcer after showing so much trust; that would not make sense at all. CVS, please show the Jalal's venting at Jodha properly with correct and meaningful dialogues. I hope they mean it when they say it is 1 and half week track and not lie like they did in Benazir track.

CVS, please wrap this track by end of next week and spare my Akdha and their fans anymore pain and hurt. There better be some nice, happy culmination of this track which should especially include that both have learnt to be open to each other and COMMUNICATE properly. I would also like Jodha to know that despite Jalal finding her with other man; he still trusted her fidelity so she can value Jalal more than before. Hopefully, their love story forward especially from Jodha's side.

P.S. Neither of them are wrong in this case so when I read posts like I am with Jodha or I am with Jalal; I am like comeon when Jalal is saying he trusts Jodha and is worried about her safety and when Jodha is saying she is doing paap by hiding stuff but she is majboor and even Jalal thinks she is in some dabaav, when BOTH of them are worried and doing things FOR each other, then why take sides 😳.But, I understand to each his own. No intention of hurting anyone with this P.S.

Adi I love my TE too! That is why my heart cries when I see him in pain or weak I want him to take the driver's seat and act like a true emperor and not some devdas!

let me clear out sumthing. noone is against jodha or her achievements. our only point is tht plz show a strong jalal, keeping jodha's strongness intact. look for eg. so much screen space is wasted on javeda, or maham-ruku scenes, so if instead of those scenes sum DEK scenes or jalal using his brain scenes r shown, at least sum jalal-maan singh scenes r shown r we demanding too much??? if we want equality where both can come out as strong characters r we asking for too much. for eg. during benz track its fine tht jalal didnt believed jodha tht benz is a vishkanya & jodha drunk the poison & jalal repented. but jalal didnt even doubting benz to be a spy, is simply dumbing down the hero purposely to halo heroine. the CVs should have shown jalal doubting benz to be a spy & on the other hand jodha saving jalal, in this way the equality should have been maintained. again in this harem track jodha was doing many things, but jalal was just roaming around or sitting idly. if few DEK scenes instead of maham-ruku scenes were shown then things should have looked better.

one more point. if we all remember in the initial episodes once mainawati had made plan so tht jodha-suryabhan can meet at night, bharmal watches them & ultimately they can get married quickly. mainawati very well knew if sumone watches jodha-surya together tht too at night, jodha will be questioned despite jodha-surya's marriage was already fixed. why??? bcoz in those days it was an offence for a girl to meet another man tht too at night. even her father bharmal & all other family members held her responsible for ruining her family's name. & now jodha is sumone else's wife. so if she is meeting sumone at night, jalal has the full right to question her. now how will jalal know tht, the person is sujamal until nd unless jodha tells him. he isnt aware of the so-called "vachan'. still he had shown his trust to a great extend. how many 16th century man will give so much liberty to his wife??? just bcoz she had saved his life, he cant question her??? jalal also had risked his life for jodha, but still jodha doubted jalal many times whether its about sukanya's marriage or tht body-heat track. yes he had committed many mistakes, but how long will he repent for them??? why bcoz of his past mistakes, why he will stop demanding answers???

Thank you for this post! Finally a sane post where Jodha is not put on the pedestal and worshiped or sympathized. I now have the feeling that Jodha soon will be put at the same position of Kanha and will be declared a devi! Her Halo is glowing and growing bigger and bigger day by day.

So many posts about poor "bechari" Jodha and how much she suffers, humiliated and insulted gets on my nerves. I stopped writing here and after ages I am writing to vent out.

First of all forget about being the Emperor and the conservative mughal dynasty of 16th century even at this day and age I want to know and ask which husband after knowing and witnessing his wife in some one else's arms at middle of night will not question his wife and specially when the wife is hiding and concealing herself to go and meet this person??!! I want this answer! Forget about all the glorious feministic ideas and hail to women power, it sounds all fantastic but in reality all women will be asked questions if this happens. And if that woman is not married then parents will ask questions.

And the other way around as well, a woman has the right to question her husband if she finds him in a compromising position with some one else at middle of the night. So a person's character and integrity is not put to insult if a query is put to know who that stranger was with one's spouse. A spouse has a right to know and ask! Period! And here Jalal is the emperor who is there to set moral, social, ethical standards for his country, masses and family. If the emperor follows something then his masses will follow it too thinking that is an example set for the nation. The emperor allows his queen to have a rendezvous middle of the night then it will be an example for all the couples in his kingdom!!

I am surprised to see this understanding, lenient and calm Jalal even after knowing all this. If this Jalal was what we saw back in August / September he would be asking or screaming at Jodha with his sword at her neck. Here he has learnt from his past mistakes and is being cautious before crossing his limits of temper. But is it always Jalal's onus to be understanding and learning from his past mistakes? Not Jodha's?

I am so furious with the CV's for showing Jalal this way. He can't and doesn't take any decisions without being probed by Jodha. Imagine he was imprisoned for not paying pilgrimage tax and what did he do after returning back? Nothing, absolutely nothing!!! I am sure Jodha has to tell him in future that 'teerth kar dena dandaniya aparadh hai' and only after that he will get up from the stupor to pass a law against it.

Jodha has to tell him in future to hire Tansen and Todermal as his navratnas and only then he will do so. He will realize then that they are good men and he needs their company to be the greatest emperor of all times.

Jodha has to instigate him to ban 'sati' and only then he will notice and realize that such a heinous act should be prohibited at all cost!

Jodha has to tell him that he should invent a religion that will incorporate all the great aspects of hinduism, islam, christianity and persian culture and then he will have his own 'din-i-ilahi'.

I am sure in trade and commerce too later Jodha will train him and he will then expand his wisdom in that arena!

He didn't know what was going on in his harem and kingdom, slave culture was very much prevalent and how they were treated unless and until Jodha brought him in to illumination. He didn't know his masses needed a well and there is a shortage of water in his kingdom unless and until Jodha showed it to him.

I don't know what next! Jodha will also train him in war techniques? In taking political decisions? Maybe also a lecture in 'birds and bees' to carry on the lineage of mughal dynasty?! And all he will say is "Jodha begum aap ka yeh hunar bhi kamaal ka hai! Aap wajah farmati hai!"

CV's please spare us, show him as a MAN and show him as the greatest emperor that he was who knew what to do and when to do and did all that was necessary to become the famous ruler of Indian history. Jodha was a big influence on him - yes, she was his inspiration - yes, she was his love - yes, his motivation - yes, his guide - yes, his friend - yes but please give him some merit and credit as well CV's. All you are doing here is showing Jalal as a lost emperor who doesn't have any clue on anything unless and until he is being told or shown every thing by Jodha. All he does is talk to Atgah Khan, MA, Ruq or laze around, if he is not going back and forth to Jodha begum's hojra.

I am sick and tired of this holier than thou attitude of Balaji heroines who can never be wrong and even if they do wrong it is for the good of others. Jodha knows she is doing wrong but her innumerable tears to Kanha complaining of her 'asahai paristhiti' and her guilt dialogues to Moti is all that is required for all the sympathies to be out for her. If she wanted she could have told Sujamal she will not lie or hide anything from Jalal but she did not. Sujamal didn't force her into a promise, he requested her not to tell Jalal. She is intelligent enough to realize what is right and wrong and what will take to keep her marriage secured.

And now after Jodha will be questioned and banished or rather self-exiled then it will be her family and brother who will save Jalal yet another time by exposing Sharif. Whatever good happens to Jalal it will always have to be because of Jodha or some one related to her. Jalal ka khud ka toh koi wajood hi nahi hai! He is there only to roam in and around Jodha's room and apologize to Jodha for all his mistakes and wrong doings.

Jalal has no clue what is going on in his palace and kingdoms and neither does his minister Atgah Khan has any clue nor does his so-called 'jasoos' has any clues of what is going on! The omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent villains knows everything even before the emperor does or his men does and the emperor is nothing but a puppet in the villain's hands. So worthless are his men and army and guards that a prisoner can escape from his prison. any body can come and go from his harem (even men like Tejwant who came to see Shivani) without being noticed, his begum can leave and go any time of the night unless some one like MA brings it to his notice! What 'faltoo' army and men he had!

And CV's what nonsensical logic of Jodha to leave harem responsibilities! If I were any one of the begums I would have given her a piece of my mind. Why did she pick it up in the firs place? Only to do one reform and then leave it in the lurch? What was she busy on? She was going to meet Sujamal in the night then what stopped her from doing the work in the day time? Utter nonsense!

CV's not only are you ruining Jalal's image but you have spoiled Jodha's image as well by making her super human! I can't even relate to her any more.

But I will say this I am grateful for toning her down and making her gentle towards Jalal of late. Kuch toh raham kiya hum sab par!

And last but not the least, where is that passion, the flirting and teasing? Now the emperor is too goody goody, he doesn't look at her with that passion, that cunning look, that sly smile, that desire anymore, he is too scared to do anything! I want Ajmer trip Jalal back, after ages I saw that cunning sly look only once when after Jodha got better after Benazir was killed and when Jalal told her only one Rajvanshi is capable of stinging him and looked up at her with that naughty look. I want that emperor back! I want that look of Jalal of Ajmer during 'ooh aah' scene, the hand massage scene, when Jodha leaves all puzzled not understanding why Jalal agreed to give the Ratanpur qila to Dhawalgarh king and slowly Jalal looks at her retreating back and slowly gives a all-knowing cunning smile, the aarti scene look...I want that Jalal back!

Wonderful post! 👏 Thank you for letting me vent up my pent up frustrations!

Lana, i agree every word you have writte. Infact am happy that you wrote what was in my mind. Thank you
In the process of making Jodha mahan, they are butchering Akbar's character.
CV's please read about Akbar, the great and am sure you too will develop respect for him. atleast this respect would make you show him as great and not show everything and anything from Jodha.
We all keep teasing Atga that the only thing he does he say - Hukum ke taamel hoge.
But Jalal too does the same to Jodha, on;y difference is he doesnt say the line.
