Gurdip Kohli doesn't want to work 30 days a month for Sanjivani 2

Gurdip Kohli is looking forward to being a part of Sanjivani 2, a sequel to the original show that launched her. But there is a slight hitch, since the show is now being touted as a daily and not a weekly like before. Apparently the actress is in two minds and is reconsidering the proposal.

Sanjivani 2 will be aired four days a week on primetime. Meanwhile, the production house is auditioning Nikita Thukral (who played the female lead in Antariksh) and many other renowned faces as a back up for Anjali's character. Says a source, "Gurdip has cut down on shows after her marriage. She doesn't want to get into the 'daily grind' and the hectic shooting schedules. She wants to take up a show which will require her to work for only two weeks in a month."

Surprisingly, Gurdip is clueless about the show becoming a daily. She says, "I am not supposed to talk about the project right now."

Siddharth Malhotra, producer (Cinevistaas) says "It is up to Gurdip if she wants to be a part of Sanjivani. But I do feel Sanjivani 2 would be incomplete without her. I cannot say anything else right now."
