vidya looks like koki .I know a couple who r dark.their daughter looks like the husband,but fair.i know a fair couple whose daughter is dark.so it is genetic

my friend will be always deprest when she was carried her 2 baby and she was fair but black dark circles comes soon near her eyes and her color will also effect.

Depression has nothing directly to do with.skin color. Nutrition could be a factor (which I.guess u don't eat properly becoz u.r.depressed...maybe ? ) my mother is darker.than both her parents(though she is still considered fair, she is naturally darker than them.

Why the obsession with skin color ? I think.Vidya is adorable as is but she looks a like koki :) skin color too. But ahem is a little dark also.

@Machar, I think people are just wondering why her complexion is different from her parents.

Well Gopi's dad is dark too so I think maybe that's why.

Anyone watch Diya aur Baati? When Meenu switched Kana and Meera then people wondered why the child was dark when both parent's were fair, then they said that he went on his grandpa cause he was dark complected to, even though that wasn't the case lol, cause he was not biologically related to them. Meaning child's color can be from a grandparent too.

Genetic wise: Vidya resembles Kokila more than her maternal grandfather. Ahem is little dark complexion than Gopi, not equally fair to me. So I'm thinking she might've gained his genes more. Meera is a 1/2-1/2 of both of her parents. Skin-wise like Gopi, but facial look wise she looks like Ahem.

One of my friends is fair like her mother but physical facial features are like her dark-skinned father.

But who cares about skin color? Both kids are adorable anyways!
