Only people in bolly forum can say that she's a bad actress. As according to bolly forum everyone are overrated.

As far as aish is concern then no way she's not a bad actress. She is one of the best actresses in the history of Indian cinema. She did so many different roles and did amazing job in all of them. I loved her in HDDCS, Taal, provoked, raincoat, bride and prejudice, jodha Akbar, Guzarish, guru, umrao jaan, choker Bali, mohabatein. The only performance of her which I kinda find overrated was devdas. But still she was good in that movie.

I hope she comes back again and give some more memorable performance

Actually you know what performance of Ash's is truly underrated? Umrao Jaan. The film bombed in India but Ash really was terrific. The movie isn't too bad either. It's just really slow moving so for most that is a turn off. Abhishek was miscast as well but Ash was so moving.

^I agree. I feel like if that script was written differently and the songs were better than it would have done well. Plus the timing was off when it was released b/c I remember there were other big movies released at the same time too. Either way, she really does the "less is more style acting that I like. Her in Shabd also very underrated.

Yes Abhishek in the movie was such bore to look at, no chemistry at all 🥱 Big miscast!!
