Apart from the fans..people usually remember you for one or two films. There's a difference between good performance and iconic roles...PC was good in Barfi but I wouldn't call it iconic. Vidya was good in Kahaani but I wouldn't call it iconic. Their most loved performance is Fashion and TDP..iconic that is.

Err Kajol's Simran and Anjali are very much iconic..Even ppl down South who rarely watch Hindi movies and dont even know about the existence of half the actors/movies in BW love DDLJ and considers Raj-Simran lovestory iconic..Obviously ppl are just blinded by their hatred towards Kajol and refusing to acknowledge the real facts 😆

As popular and iconic as Madhuri in HAHK and Beta

If ppl remember Mads Dhak-dhak in beta so do they remember Kareena's dialogues in JWM like "main na apni fav hoon" ..it has become part of our real life convos is many ways
