If this is true, it's a good thing ... the situation being in limbo, with both non-partners trying to collaborate wasn't an ideal one. It's good if ST now has complete responsibility for RR ... it's his baby, and effectively now it's the maiden production of his new solo PH ... so he will put all his efforts into it.

Good for both Sanaya and Ashish as well ... he discovered Ashish, if I remember right ... and Sanaya joined RR only for him. So both actors will be happy too.
