Ranvi - Emotional blackmail and the worst case of mahaanata

Ranvi is the most annoying male lead I have seen in any show. Including saas bahu saagas that are running on TV. The leads there look believable compared to him.
Spineless is not just the word for him. He was even trying to emphasize that he is large hearted by giving all those dialogues to Balwant. Normally believable characters do good for others but never highlight that they have done a favour and that they should be worshiped for the same.
He does not have the courtesy to give his family an explanation but he can justify his actions to Balwant👏👏 Fine he wanted to save Gunjan's reputation. But he never saw his mother's upbringing being questioned and also forgot he has a sister who is of marriage age. The taint on his name would affect her future too. He puts them into suffering, makes them believe that even they are guilty. And yet he has the audacity to give mahaan dialogues to Balwant.
He is like a leader who can campaign to highlight how fortunate people are to have him in his life. But when it comes to the real deal, he is an epic fail👎🏼👎🏼
Such characters who give lectures are the most boring ones. Ranvi is different here. He can even speak about why he should be considered as a God figure by others and the viewers.
I hope I don't come across another characterization like this. Or rather I don't get hooked to a show where such a character is the main focus.
He thinks he is going to redeem Gunjan. He hasn't ever had the guts to speak about his feelings for her. Ab kya kar lenga😳

Wat was he trying to show...that he is the most mahaan person alive ever on the earth?!
I mean he said that he did this all for Gunjan's respect!
But apni khud ki izzat kahan bech kar aa gaya?
Apni chodo...wat abt his mom and sis?
Not even once did he think abt them?
Okk fine sabke saamne he didnt want to tell the truth...but wat happened after that?
He cld have atleast told Ratan the truth!
Being his mother didnt she has the right to knw abt the truth wen its the question of her son and whole family's reputations?!
Are leave Ratan...wat abt Veera? Didnt he think abt her!
He himself today said this "kudiyon ki izzat badi hi nazuk hoti hai" or something like that!
Then didnt he think how his actions cld affect Veera in future?!
Ab kal ko agar koi aadmi uske saath zabardasti karega toh woh toh yehi bolega na ki iske bhai ne bhi toh kisi ke behen ke saath aisa kiya tha!

Why the hell did he do all this?
Just for that nasty Gunjan!
Who insulted him & his whole family dont knw how many no.s of times!
He has been turned into a complete brainless chap & a doormat!
Kaha gayi Ranvi ki self-respect...his biggest strength?!
Pre-leap Ranvi was so strong-headed and unforgiving!
I still remember how he treated Nihal wen he got to know that he was responsible for Sampooran's death!
And now...he has been made completely opposite!
Im extremely pissed off with him!

Well i can write a big essay on this..Ranvi is annoying to me ever since i saw him post-leap he just keeps giving away..too much to handle..first his anoki maa status was going over the board and i sat through all this because it was a little tolerable since his sister loves him back and its his sister

Ranvi is either God, or he is seriously self-obsessed🥱 He literally fell short of saying "Mai bhagwaan hoon, meri pooja karo"😵

He is still in love with the woman who publicly humiliated his family, not once but twice. For this woman, he is ready to put his family's honor and dignity at stake and even let people question his character😳

Seriously, do the CVs want me to believe that anyone can be so much stupid like Ranvi? They cannot sell spinelessness as selflessness. 👎🏼 More than Gunjan, I think Ranvi needs a redemption track for himself.

Yes!!! I agree with you Lizzy...especially the @bold part.

That's what makes me so angry because Ranvi has sooo much freakin potential! Pre-leap he was amazing...a leader...the kids looked up to him, people respected him...and me, I loved him (the kid was adorable!!!🤗)!!!

Post leap Ranvi...again showed so much potential...and Shivin looks amazzzing😳...what a smile...but his characterization is down in the dumps lately!!! actually ever since the Gunjan fiasco I've wanted to punch him instead of hug him for being so dumb!!!😡

I haven't seen the episode...so take what I say with that in mind..I'm basing this on the dialogue you've written here...

"itni bhi door nahi gayi"??!! Really??! I think girlfriends looong gone...forget about hearing him, she's so far out there that she wouldn't even hear Bansuri''s screeching on the loud speaker!!!

and then the second part..."mujhe viswash hai vo ek din meri awaaj zaroor sune gi"...heartbreaking that our booo Ranvi still believes this tsk tsk!!

She'll come to a realization eventually...no doubt about it...but how will the CV's spin it?? I really want to know...because currently with her non-stop downward spiral I don't see them effectively digging her out...I'm afraid that they've dug too deep and unleashed the beast so to speak...and any redemption track will feel inauthentic...too eye-rolley.

And aaj toh Ranviji ne saari hadd paar kar di.. He wanted to celebrate holi dhoom dhaam se with his pyaari wife Gunjan .. Awww 🤢

How easily has this man forgotten what Gunjan had done to him and his family.. How easily has he erased the casting couch incident.. *slow clap*
