She was probably 18 or 19 when she signed Teen Patti (She dropped college to be a movie star). That movie probably took a year to be made. So, by the time Teen Patti released (2010), she turned 20.

That makes her 24.

The Front Row with Anupama had Alia & Shraddha as guests, there Anupama had mentioned that Shraddha is 24 (last year), this year she turned 25.

Yeah, 24 & 25 are about same. That dropping college (She was studying in Boston University) story is constant.. since she's joined BW. Even her dad said the same story. So, she can't be more than 24/25.
