Long post..read if u want...
- Aaliya wearing a off shoulder dress just to avoid being recognized. So people can recognize you when you cover your shoulders but not when they are uncovered ? What was the need ? Unnecessary costume choice.
- Orange hair. Unnecessary.
- Aayat still staying there despite knowing of that Rocky's intentions and all the stupidity she displays that pisses me off so badly because she is giving Suraiya a chance to look down upon Aaliya and her sweet Mom. 😡Unenecssary way of showing how she falls in trouble and Zain saves her to pay back Aaliya for her kindness * rolls eyes* Really, CVS , you could've done M-U-C-H better there.
- Aaliya dancing and trying to basically seduce that don to get the key. Unnecessary . They could've drugged him or given him alcohol.
- Aaliya thinking that she is so smart that she can handle everything by herself and break all religious values possible and save Fahad. Why do all lead women have to become sooo selfless that they dig their own grave in trying to help others ?
- Zain supporting his wife in her idea of dancing to attract and get the don's attention
I thought these scenes were supposed to spark Zain's possessive and protective side, but personally, I am so disappointed that hey had to be used ina situation where he is happy that she is eye candy for a don. 😡
My complaint is for the people behind this writing and this direction. Why come up with all this " We have to get the papers out " track in such a way that it shows the lead going out of her way to do some silly things that don't even suit her character ? Why show her to be self-less and self-sufficient when there are elders who will be able to deal with everything in a proper way if the truth is revealed to them in a smarter way ? Aaliya is loved by Usmaan and I am sure if Aaliya took his promise to not over react and scold fahad then he would have helped her because he is shown as such a dignified and intelligent man who even forgave zain for showing up drunk in front of so many guests on his Valima. Yeah, Fahad's mistake is more severe, but in the real world, it's not like your parents would kill you for that. Usmaan would use his contacts and experience to find a way out. Now, yeah yeah Aaliya's intentions matter and she helped and many may think she is smart, but we all know that in the future the truth will be out and Suraiya will use those scenes were Aaliya danced in those clothes to instigate Usmaan Mamu against Aaliya. This is not gonna get brushed aside so easily..sooner or later in the story it will come up and Aaliya will be blamed .
I am just super disappointed in many of the scenes, and I don't think I can admire Aaliya anymore. Don't start bahsing me just for that . I was so hoping we could love both and not ever have to be against one, but I don't like Aaliya anymore because she turned out to be those lifesaving, ever generous, know-it-all Indian drama leads.
