Hello Forumwasis. I have decided something. I will dedicate my next OS to the person who comments first on my OS. And he or she can suggest me what kind of OS they want. But remember only on ZaYa.
It was an early Sunday morning when the alarm clock ringed. The constant ringing made Zain stir in his sleep. He removed his hand out of the covers and searched for the clock. Not able to find it he rubbed his eyes open and sat up. He checked here and there and saw his phone ringing. He took the cell in his hands only to find a remainder flashing on the screen. He read the remainder. And was shocked to find that it was their anniversary today. Yes, today was Zain and Aliyah's anniversary. The day they were married. The day that Mamu ki bhanji came into his life as his wife. He had completely forgot. He quickly got out of the bed, wore his slippers and headed towards the living room.
He went straight into the kitchen but she wasnt there. He asked Chand Jaan about her. "Aliyah went to Bhopal beta. Last night only. She said she will be back in a few days. She didn't inform you?" Chand Jaan asked while keeping the milk to boil on the gas. "No, she did...errr... Last night. I must be sleeping then." He said and walked away before Chand Jaan could ask him more questions. He went straight to his room and plopped down on the bed. He picked his cell and dialled her number. SWITCHED OFF. He threw his phone on the bed in frustration.
"How irresponsible Mamu ki bhanji!! You couldn't tell me once. Afterall I am your shauhar. But no, you like to trouble me. I will give it back to you." He was angry now. He called in bhopal. "Hey phups, where is Aliyah?" He asked directly on the phone. "Aliyah?? She isn't here beta?? Why would she be here? Its your anniversary. Infact i was just gonna call you. Happy anniversary beta..." She went on and on..."Thank you phups. But i will talk to you later. Bye." He ended the call.
Now he was worried. Everyone was saying she went to bhopal. Phups saying she didn't. What the hell is going on??" Zain was confused. He tried calling Aliyah again but to no avail. He started thinking the reasons why could she have left him. "Maybe because she was bored of me. No, who could get bored of me? I am so awesome." He pulled his imaginary collar. "Then maybe because if what mom said to her yesterday. No, mom does this everyday. So this is not the reason." He scratched his beard. "We had fought yesterday. Yes that could be it." Zain had fought with Aliyah only to give her surprise today by cobfessing that he loves her. Only to make it fun. "She went somewhere just because we fought.?? How silly!!! But i wont change my plans. I would prepare everything and keep it ready. I am sure she will come back by evening. Because some of her clothes are there in the wardrobe." He said to himself while walking towards the bathroom to get ready.
He came out fully determined to make this day memorable for her. He made some calls and walked out of the house. "Damn, I am so excited for today. How will she react when I say those three words to her. Hope everything goes fine." He crossed his fingers while turning the steering wheel to the right. He parked in front of a gift shop and bought a box of chocolates and a bouquet of red roses as instructed by his friends. He sucked in being romantic.
Zain loved Aliyah from a couple of months ago but could not realize it until a week ago. He decided he will confess it today. He got into the car and drived to Barkat Villa. He found that the decorators had already started the work. Rizwan was instructing them. Meanwhile Chand Jaan called someone. "Aliyah beta, i think your Mamu has kept a party as today is your anniversary. You should come back beta. For mamu atleast."
Zain looked at his wristwatch. It was 5pm already. He hurried towards his room to get ready. He had a hard time deciding what to wear. He wanted to color-co-ordinate with Aliyah but... He finally decided to go with a white shirt, blue suit and black pant. He looked at the watch again and it was 6.30 pm. "Zain, you take more time to dress up than a girl." He headed downwards. He called a decorator and instructed him "The flowers should fall right on her when I signal you. And yeah the whole room should be dark. And the spotlight should fall on us. You get it?" The decorator just nodded and went. "Why am I so nervous? Its Mamu ki bhanji whom I have to say this to. No big deal." He composed himself. The arrangements were done. He checked once again and waited for her to come. Just then he heard the sound of a taxi. He was sure it was her. He quickly instructed to switch of the lights.
Aliyah entered the house and found it all dark. She was going to switch on the lights when a spotlight fell on her. She was confused what was going on. "Chaand Khala said Mamu had organised a party. It doesn't seem like that." She said while walking ahead and kept her bags aside. Just then she heard strumming of the guitar chords. "Mamu ki bhanji, this one's for you." Zain's voice echoed in the room. Spotlight now fell on Zain too and he started walking down the stairs.

He came near her and beamed at her. She smiled back and was list in his deep brown eyes. That was all she could do.

He kept the guitar aside and caught her hand. "May I have a dance with you lady?" He asked her. She just nodded still lost in his eyes. They came to the centre withput breaking the eyelock.

They swayed to the tunes of the song. Zain still whispering the song while dancing to it. Aliyah was mesmerized by his voice. He had never heard him sing. He left her hand and stepped aside. "Mamu ki bhanji, there is something I want to tell you from a long time. It's that... I lo...you...!" He stammered. He mentally smacked himself as this was not in his plans. Aliyah exactly knew what he was going to say. She loved him too from the day when Mami had called everyone for mu-dikhai. She kept quiet because she wanted him to say it first. "Zain." She said with a voice merely above a whisper. Zain looked at her with love and found tge courage to speak up. "Mamu ki bhanji I love you." He confessed and then the rose petals started pouring down. Aliyah smiled. "Finally. I was waiting for you to say this." She said. "Wait. You knew I love you?? Still you didn't talk to me about it??" Zain was shocked.
"Chand khala told me Zain. You don't hide anything from her. Do you??" Aliyah said the truth. "Sooo...?" Zain looked at her with expectations. "Do I need to say it?? Ofcourse I love you to Kit-Kit." She said and hugged him. He hugged her back and placed a kiss on her head. "Happy anniversary Mamu ki bhanji." He wished her. "Happy anniversary to you too Kit-Kit." They both laughed. This was the beginning of their new life filled with love and happiness.
