Paro reading the letters was fabulous because of Sanaya's acting and voice modulation. Regarding the picture she missed seeing - she would have realized that her Thakurain masa was Rudra's mom, but would she have recognized that the young boy was the same one to whom she gave her doll?

Loved, loved Thakur and Sumer😆 great acting and very good writing too in that scene.

I'm with you, I think Paro getting hit by the plate will only happen once Rudra is back - after all he needs to be there to see her getting hurt and he'll be all protective. Can't wait...

Thanks, Suni 😃

I forgot about that ... would she have recognised the boy? Did that exchange mean as much to her as it did to him? For her, it was a random act of kindness ... but for him, it was the only gentleness, the only softness in his life at that moment.

Another good reason to wait for Rudra to get back is that Paro might soften further during his absence ... and when he gets back, realise that he is actually her security blanket in this house. Which will be reinforced by the attack ... while she would realise how much he protects her if she gets attacked in his absence, who will save her?

Anyway, have to see how the cvs take it.

Sumer and Thakur were very good ... I'm looking forward to seeing the mix up tonight ... it will be hilarious!

Yes, and I think Sumer's words to her were a portent of that ... one day her greed and ambition will destroy the entire family. I don't feel sorry for either ... she is a vicious woman, whose life has been ruled by negative emotions like hatred, jealousy and greed. Very Shakespearean ... his tragedies were full of the seven deadly sins. 😛

If Sanaya is there on screen, I can concentrate on the episode 😆

Nice post, loved reading it. Thanks.
The episode was engaging. Loved the letter reading scene, Sanaya as usual is good n emotional scenes. The girls party was a nice filler but i felt the CV's could have shown some of memories of Bindi and her sister in the end of that scene, it would have been apt there. The episode ended with Paro sitting on the bed, so may the scene hasn't ended and we can hope something like this.
I see that most online viewers are not happy with what is being shown of Paro, forgetting about her family and her tragic state, so think about trp aunties...I somehow feel this could be one of reason for trps not ticking even when the story is in good form now.
The guy playing Sumer is a revelation today, i liked his scene with Thakur.

Malini , I'm going with the flow, and hoping the cvs have a good reason for blanking out Paro's emotions so completely. Otherwise, after spending so much time and effort to show her past tragedy, it makes no sense why she is so stoic ... I also agree that is one of the reasons for trp audiences not connecting to Paro. Trp aunties like a crying, sobbing heroine ... or a loud fighter ... either way, they want to see what she is thinking. Which the makers are stubbornly not showing. Even the scene with the letters was about Paro connecting with Rudra's pain ... but did not show Paro's own fears.

I am completely confused at how Thakur sa has not figured out the connection..

Rudra Pratap Ranawat - same man
Bhaitja of Mohini
Has a bude baap

So shouldn't he have put two and two together and figured out that mohini or someone in her house is related to Mala...

I guess that is what they are trying to show ... that she is starting to feel more for the Jallad ... which is why they are blanking out Paro's pain about her own family so completely.

Thakursa not figuring out the connection ... that surprised me too. I thought he had figured it out ... Mala's son is Mohini's nephew ... seems quite clear. Let's see what he does today.

I didn't despite being so keen on the show till u spelled out here.

I agree, Sunara ... that's what I also said in yesterday's post.

However, I'm not writing the story, the cvs are .. so I just try to interpret what they show, and see if I can make sense of it. If people connect, then it will show in the ratings. If they don't, then obviously the cvs are failing somewhere. And since more and more people are saying the same thing, I guess it's the latter.

Agree with you. But somehow i feel that cv's are making a big mistake here by showing Paro stoic, they need to show Paro's feelings as to why she is behaving the she is, now and then either as monologue or visuals so that the viewers can understand her and empathise with Paro.
I feel it's better they reveal the true self of Thakur to Paro, so that viewers may empathise with Paro and not find fault with the character that how a widow can have eyelocks with her husbands murderer.
This show has great cast and story and all that needs for a successful show, the makers need to fix some of the glaring inconsistencies to grab more eye balls. I love Sanaya and i want RR to be a winner for her.

I agree, Malini, and I think that lack of cohesiveness in Paro's character is one of the big reasons for the TRPs not climbing. Viewers don't care about inconsistencies in the male lead's character ... there are many of those here as well ... but they have to find a connect to the FL's character to follow a show.

If Paro is having eyelocks with Rudra, they have to show why she's softening to him. It's okay if the ML softens towards a girl he believes is a traitor ... but not if the FL softens towards a guy she thinks is a killer ... see the inconsistency here? But that happens. The female lead cannot be ready to forgive her husband's killer so easily, Stockholm syndrome or not ... and despite the fact that Rudra is actually innocent ... the point is that Paro does not know that ... so by extension, the audience doesn't know that either. The audience connects with Paro ... the makers are trying their best to show Rudra's pain to us to get sympathy for him ... but its Paro who has to see his pain, and more than that, his innocence.
