Raji throws the wedding card on Karthik.Karthik gets upset; calls Sumathi.. asks her to do something as things are getting worsend ..Karthik repents for helping sumathi..But Raji keeps on taunting him..Karthik in distress tells that if things go wrong he will hang himself so the marriage automatically stops..Raji insists karthik to call sumathi to have a talk with her..Sumathi tells them that her lover will come the next week..or else she herself will tell the truth to her father.. Karthik decides to do registerd marriage with Raji so that if Sumathi's lover fails to come in time they can stop the marriage showing the marriage certificate...But Raji did not accept as she has to think about her parents too...She didn't go to reg office...Disappointed karthik returns to office after a long wait at reg office for Raji ..tells her that he expected Raji to support him though he has done a mistake..Raji feels bad..Goutham taunts Raji ...asks her to join hands with him..Padhdhu advises Raji to get back to karthik..Raji meets Karthik and asks him what he thinks about her..He emotionally tells her how much he loves her and how important she is to him..Raji is so touched by his talk and assures him that she will unconditionally support him in all situations..She happily moves to her old seat..Again Sumathi comes to office and tells them that her lover can come only the day before the wedding...KArthik decides to tell her dad about the truth..But Raji asks KArthik to wait for him until 2 days before the wedding date.They talk to Arun and tell him about their decision..He thanks them and assures that hell come soon.Sumathi comes to office to take picture of karthik for the flux to be kept at the entrance of the wedding hall..Vishnu doubts sumathi's activities..karthik gets more tensed and worried..On seeing karthik upset,Raji asks him if they can get married in the afternoon..she had made arrangements with the same broker karthik had approached earlier..Lakshmi and Vishnu are invited too..When they are about to go to reg office meesai enters to the canteen..All the four gets tensed..Karthik and Vishnu leaves the place.. Karthik and meesai give stern look to each other..Lakshmi and Raji look so tensed...

Angel tells KV that she is going to stop the marriage and is going to ask karthik's mom to get her married to karthik..She tries to take Raji's seat in office..karthik warns her that it belongs only to Raji...she leaves on condition that karthik gives her another chance in his life if KR doesn't join..Karthik is confident that only he and Raji will join..Angel tells if karthik gets trapped in marriage with sumathi she ll kill him and others..She meets Sumathi and warns her..

Viswanathan slams Sekar for leaking the internal official news to Economic Times...which may pull down Nettech's image..He warns him for his misdeeds..Sekar along with David plans to chase viswanathan out of the company..They meet Susan and give her Rs 1 Lakh as incentive from chairman..and say that he is promoting her as senior Project Manager but that has to be approved by Viswanathan..Susan is confident that he will not deny her promotion. But Viswanathan refuses to approve it.Susan meets him to ask why he denied her promotion..Viswanathan explains her how she is being used against him..Susan seems to have understood..
