Evie it has been brought to attention of the dialogue writer Raghuvir Shekhawat... Many members from IF have informed him on fb...His response was he has reported to the necessary people and something will be done.
I agree they should release after the episode airs.

All these can go directly to spoiler thread..on location video, off screen masti, interviews etc etc! Creating separate threads with catchy heads should be discouraged..

More than all these, i think the producers should be more careful in allowing this type of disclosure in advance! It spoils the show!
