The confusion in Jalal's mind..(added new)

Jalal was madly in love with Jodha...& was eager to express his love to her...but what really astonished him was the fact that he was not just looking forward to taking his relationship forward with Jodha on the physical front; he wanted to consummate their marriage EMOTIONALLY first.

But he was scared...scared that his Ameri Mirchi would misunderstand his overtures...scared that she would again accuse him of SKLL. He realised that she hadn't been wrong when she had made that accusation...that time, the fact was that he had desired her physically only...but now, things were different. Now, he almost worshipped her. He so badly wanted to be her best friend, her soul mate, her lover, all in one. Yes, he did desire her physically, but he equally desired her emotionally. In some corner of his heart, he was glad that she had not agreed to consummate their marriage earlier, when they didn't love each other. Now, whenever that magical moment would happen, he knew that it would be something which he had never experienced before. This, despite having a number of wives, & countless relationships with women earlier, Because, those had happened when he did not have a "dil". Now, he very much had a "dil", & this "dil" only had room for his Jodha, only had heartbeats for the love of his life.

His heart would wildly start beating before a meeting with "her"...after meeting her, his heart would sing songs to him about her...during sleep, he would only dream of her...her beautiful face n dazzling smile had stolen away his peace. He just had to take their relationship forward, else he would soon lose his mind.

He knew that even her feelings for him had undergone a metamorphosis...from "ghrina" to "mitrata" to ...to...this was what was confusing him n holding him back & he had also not forgotten the "dhakka"...of course, then his ego had been hurt, but he knew that now, he would never be able to emotionally handle a rejection from Jodha. She did mention "prem" the other day...but did it mean that she loved him & desired him??...or not??...

There wasn't an iota of doubt in Jalal's mind that Jodha, the pure soul that she was, could be having an affair...he would rather believe that the sun rose in the west...so then, what could it be?...was it her brother Sujamal? Was she under some threat? Her safety was of utmost importance to him...but yet, he was hurt...hurt that his beloved could not trust him...& that hurt was fast giving way to anger...
