BH :-
J requests N to tell about G's whereabouts , then he says if he cant talk to him then he can write and say it . N writes that she is at the terrace.
Terrace :-
G is hanging and arranging clothes on the cloth line , then one of the clothes is going in the direction , G gets busy in pulling it towards herself .
She wonders about it and then J catches her hand from the other side and does uttak baithak and requests her to forgive him , G is still adamant .
The next moment they romantically perform on a Rajasthani folk song .
Then DS , N , Gehna and Basant come there with teasing smiles and they reunite .
Khabra house :-
Suman asks Khabra why didn't he had food ? He says he had to attend a client's call , she informs that she is going to a temple to pray for well being of Saurabh .
He tells her to go court right after visiting temple , she agrees .
BH :-
Everyone are having fun while teasing JaGan . DS says she is glad as J understood what she meant that day , Gehna asks J what did he do to say sorry to G , J is quiet .
Basant says he never told anyone how he says sorry to her , so how can he say ?
DS now comes on a serious note that now Abhi is too young and needs G's care but even G loves her work .
J understood what she meant and says he will surely do it and they hug lovingly .
Khabra's room (maybe) :-
Khabra is talking to a client on phone , after the call his watch falls down and the glass breaks , he thinks to take another one from Saurabh's drawer .
Court :-
Shekars and Khabras are waiting for the judge to come , then its announced that the judge is coming .
Saurabh's room :-
Khabra opens the drawer and is shocked to see the other handset securely wrapped in a hanky , he takes it .
Court :-
The karawai starts , one of the lawyers says that the defense lawyer hadn't arrived still , the judge says they cant wait for his arrival .
Then he continues from the point of taking DNAs of all the boys present in the party , a lawyer gives him , he checks it but finds nothing .
Maheshwari states that they should take DNA test of Saurabh again while the other lawyer objects it by saying its already taken and he is proven innocent . Maheshwari says then who can do it ?
He also says it can be a gatecrasher or someone else who came to the party secretly and took advantage of Sanchi's condition .
The judge is about to declare Saurabh innocent and Sanchi guilty as she doesn't have any proof but Khabra stops him and says there's a proof !!
Everything stops , the other lawyer says they don't need any proof as they are already winning but Khabra proceeds and says he has the proof which proves that Saurabh is guilty .
All are taken aback , the judge asks him whether he is in his senses or not.
Khabra says he is in his senses and very sadly he has to say that Saurabh raped Sanchi and even made a MMS of it to quieten up Sanchi .
Suman and rest are shocked . Then Khabra furiously glares at Saurabh and the FB is shown when Saurabh lies about his handset being drown in the pichola river .
He then says to the judge that Saurabh should be punished severely for spoiling a innocent girl's life .
Court :-
He then presents the handset to the judge , the judge sees it while Sanchi is in tears . All are stunned for a split second .
Khabra then requests the judge to sentence Saurabh to the hardest of hardest punishment , then he sits with the other lawyers .
Judge declares that after seeing the new proof , its proven that Saurabh is guilty and will be subjected to 7 years of imprisonment .
Shekars are very glad at their victory , A smiles while Ira caresses Sanchi . Suman cries when Saurabh is taken away by the police .
Voice Over :-
If a women stands against the crime with true determination , then surely she will be the winner at last .

Suman is crying and pleading Khabra to do something to save Saurabh from 7 years of imprisonment .
Saurabh taunts Khabra that because of him he is facing that and Sanchi is a character less girl and was meant for the act i did , if not i then someone else would have done it .
Khabra gives him a tight slap while the Shekars witness it .
