Hello😊
I have a query. What to do in case when DT of a particular forum is online and acting upon threads, taking actions but not replying to your important PM?? I know about 24 hour wait thing but when she is online and closing threads and all then why not replying to your PM. It feels like running behind them! In such case, what are we supposed to do?? Shall we contact higher MOD or just keep refreshing IF for PM notification???
Please reply😊

Hey ,
If the matter is really important you can PM other DT of the section or higher DT .

What are we supposed to do when there is a crucial PM to be answered ? When one of our posts is closed even when we aren't at fault and haven't broken any rules as well ? Isn't it the responsibility of the respective MOD to act upon it and reply asap when he/she is very much active ?
Delay in case of some issue is fine but whom are we supposed to approach if none of them care to reply ?

Hey
Thanks for replying😊
I would want to clear my case. I am in job and I can check IF in evenings. My one topic got closed because of permission issues. I have no issues with that. It was my ignorance. I PMed DT who close the topic that I was unaware of permission rule so I am asking for it now. It's about a birthday wishes thread. In case this matter needs further interaction with DT then I won't be able to come by till tomorrow's evening. If DT was offline, I would have not made this topic and act impatient. All what bugging me is that she is online right now and I can settle this issue with her right now. I do understand that DTs aren't reply machines but all I seek is little consideration. All this feels like chasing.

Thank you for your quick response :)
It is really appreciated :)
What are we supposed to do when none of them care to reply ? MODS are alotted to that every forum functions smoothly ... At least one MOD per forum must be present at a given point of time who can try and help us isn't it ? What will be the significance of 2-3 MODS in a forum when none of them reply even after a long span ?

SO agree! Specially when one DT is dealing your issue and she closed your topic. In that case, it sounds useless to contact other DT. I had sent PM to make it sticky to CM but VB closed the topic saying permission was not taken. I get it. But then how can I contact CM when she didn't answer me or got indulged at first place?? Duh! It's confusing.😕

The DT member might be online and dealing with the forum issues and as a DT of a section they might be getting a bunch of PMs at a time and most of them tagged as important . So it iwll be relaly difficult for them to deal with forum issue , read all PMs all at once. Kindly be patient , am sure one of them will reply as soon as they sort out forum issues.

That's all we can do! Seems like only option!
Thanks for replying! I really appreciate!😊

If any DT members of a section do not respond to your PM , you can PM either the CM or GM .
Closing the thread since the DT in question has responded to the specific PM.
