Part 17
Rishabh entered the room which Padmini had told her about and saw around. The room was beautiful and cozy. There was a big window that allowed a lot of sunlight in. He proceeded to the balcony that was open and took in the fresh air. He was feeling home with Madhu's fragrance all around. 'Its not Madhu's room still it so smells of her... Her whole house screams of her presence' Rishabh thought to himself.
Just then he heard a click and he turned around. He was awestruck t the scene in front of him. Madhu came out of the bathroom, her wet and curly hair fell on her shoulders while she had a pink towel tied firmly at her chest uptill her knees. She looked angelic. Her milky arms and legs. And her face woth those curly strands of hair falling over it... with each step she took Rishabh felt mesmerised by her beauty. He had that intense desire to suck in those drops of water that trickled down her face and shoulders. Her lips seemed ever so juicy. He had never seen Madhu like that. He loved her but still hadnt thought of her like that. But now she stood there in all her glory and just left him in awe. Strange feelings startedto develop in his head and he felt tinglings all through his body.
Just then Rishhabh realised Madhu's hand moving to the tug of her towel. He realised that she was about to take it off to get dressed. Though a larger part of him wanted to stay where he was, he decided against it. He coughed from the balcony while looking away. Madhu jumped at the sound and held her towel tightly. Her heart skipped a lot of beats as she realised Rishabh standing there.
She couldnt speak a word. Though even if she wanted to she didnt know where her voice had eloped to. She wished she could have eloped with it too.
Rishabh decided to end the awkward silence"I am sorry Madhu... I think I misunderstood Padmini aunty and entered the wrong room... "
He quickly walked past Madhu and almost ran out of the door. He entered the room opposite to the previous room not knowing where to go. And moreover he thought that this must be the room that Padmini told him about. He ran his hand through his hair as he remembered what just happened. His breath was unusually heavy and he tried to control himself. He sat on the bed and closed his eyes and took deep breaths. And that worsened the matters as now he had uninterrupted imagination of Madhu's angelic form which was upti now disturbed by the vision of other things. He wanted to stay like that and remember her beauty until the end of the world. But then he heard a knock.

Madhu was standing dumbstruck by the event that took place. Rishabh was here in this room when I came out. ' He must have seen me... he was here all the time. How dare he... and an anger started to form in her mind. But then he interrupted me when he realised that I was about to take off my towel. And he apoligised for coming to the wrong room. Ohh.. ma must have sent him to freshen up... how could I forget that ma would want him to freshen up and stay for breakfast. Stupid me... oh no... he must be feeling so guilty for no reason.'
Madhu quickly dressed up and decided to talk to him.

Rishabh opened his eyes at the knock. He looked around and found the room was more beautiful than the previous one. He was sitting beside a study table which had a number of files kept on it and a laptop. The previos room didnt looked as if it was used much but this room spoke of life and inhabitants all around. Just then there was a second knock.
" amm yeah... " Rishabh answered nervously.
Madhu entered the room as nervous as he was. Rishabh immediately stood up seeing her.. she looked no less beautiful now though fuly dressed. Madhu was looking down at floor while Rishabh was just admiring her serene beauty yet again.
"ammm.. RK... I... I know you might be feeling guilty for that.. but..."
Guilty!! Am I feeling guilty.. Heck NO... I didnt feel guilty for it.. I want to cherish it all my life. But should I really feel guilty over it... but why am i not feeling it then.
" Madhu... woh..."
" No RK... You need not apologize..." Madhu looked up at him in his eyes.
Was I going to apologize... is that so... but then when Madhu's eyes met his he was too lost to think anything.
" actually... you entered the right room... it was me who was inthe wrong room. Actually... my shower is not working so I thought to take bath in that washroom. I didnt realize that Ma might just send you to freshen up. It was all my fault. "
Rishabh didnt know what to say at that. He just gave her a nervous smile.
" So... Lets just forget what happened."
" But I dont want to.." Rishabh said impulsively as if getting offended.
Madhu's eyes went wide in shock at that. Rishabh realised what he just said.
"Oh my god... i am sorry... i am just too baffled to use my tongue... I dont know what I am saying.. " Rishabh stammered through the sentences... the nervous and stammering Rishabh made Madhu laugh. She laughed seeing him and Rishabh's lips broke into a smile too.
"I think you should go and freshen up RK... " Madhu said in between her laughs.
"aahhmmm... right... " Rishabh walked towards the door. He turned back when he reached the door and saw Madhu smiling widely at him."well... Do I really need to forget it?? "
Madhu's eyes went wide and her jaw dropped in shock. 'Is he for real...' was what she thought.
Rishabh smirked naughtily at her and then blew his trademark flying kiss at her which used to make girls forget to take their breaths. And he went away while Madhu went week in the knees as she realised what the girls back then in college might have been feeling at that kiss of his.

As Rishabh proceeeded to the same room where Madhu was in her most glorious form sometime back he couldnt help but remember her again. The image of her form was not leaving his mind. He walked to the bathroom door and opened it. He felt a gush of air coming out and it was filled with Madhu's fragrance. It was driving him crazy. Never had he thought of his Malik like that. The smell roared of Madhu's presence, her wet hair, her drenched body, those doplets trickling down her neck to her collarbone. He remembered how he had wanted to suck them away. If he was a girl he would have been blushing profusely. He was totally distracted while he took bath.

The two met at the breakfast table. Madhu was burried in her plate as if working out some nuclear calculations, while Rishabh was trying to control his thoughts from getting all the way wild and kept on stealing glances at her through the corner of his eyes. He felt like a teenager. While Madhu was confused whether RK really meant that he was not in a mood to forget her image or was he just teasing her.
A part of her wanted him to never forget her image. And have her half dressed form in his mind forever while another part of her mind wanted to erase his memory of that incident.
Padmini noticed the awkwardness between them. She thought that they are still coping up with last night's revelations. Or maybe the way they woke up all over each other must be making them feel strange. Padmini giggled at them while she made Srishti eat her breakfast.
When they finished their breakfast Rishabh stood up to go though totally unwilling to leave Madhu even for the short time as he was to meet her at office.
" I think I should be leaving now..."
Madhu looked up at him disappointed.
"Haan okay beta.. I also have to go to drop Srishti... Madhu tum bhi office nikal jana... I might get late."
" Aunty... i will drop Srishti if you say..."
"No... no... already you have promised to pick her up. It would be fine..." Padmini assured him.
Rishabh was now walking to the door and was looking back again and again expecting Madhu to come to see him off.
He was just about to step out when he heard-"Soo... will see you in some time... " Madhu said to him nervously.
Rishabh turned back to her as his expression changed to that of delight.
" yeahh... will see you at the office.. By the way... I might get a little late... I havent met Dadi last night.. would have to change and also meet her... "
" But RK... what wil you tell Dadi... that where youbwere all night... you cant tell her about Balraj..." Madhu stopped in between realising that she mght have said something that she shouldnt have.
Rishabh realised that she was right and also that Madhu felt that she shouldnt have said that about Balraj. " you are right Madhu.. I cant tell her about Balraj... not until we expose him and make him pay for his deeds..."
Madhu looked at him stunned at the last part. She hadnt expected him to involve her in his battle against his uncle. Rishabh saw her face and once again knew what went through her mind.
"Dont you want to give him the taste of his own deeds... Madhu... He is as much your culprit as he is mine... I will make sure he repents what he has brought upon himself... "
Madhu nodded her head at Rishabh. He was about to walk away when Madhu said from behind.
"I am with you RK... He will repent what he did to our families... "
Rishabh smiled at her determined and went away.

Rishabh came to office and was still not as late as Madhu expected him to be. But still he had sat a considerable time with Dadi. Had given her a good excuse of staying away.
Madhu wondered whether she should go to his cabin or not. She wanted to talk to him and stay near him but she was nervous after what happened in the morning. Just then her telephone bell rang. She picked up the phone, "Madhu can you come to my cabin "
" Ofcourse I can" Madhu replied excited but then controlled herself " but then... Is there something important... ammm do you want me to do something for you...? "
Rishabh had thought a lot how to talk to Madhu and had made up his mind to talk to her but then that voice of Madhu made him loose it again and that too Madhu asking him 'do you want me to do something for you'... hell why did she ask that... his mind went into all kinds of possibilities with that..." NO..." He almost shouted, not at Madhu but at himself to limit his thoughts... " i mean just come..." Rishabh replied nervously.
