After a long long time, the forum saw some healthy discussion, courtesy Haira consummation (or not) scene.
Many feel Humeira has been a victim, still others feel she has to face the consequences of her actions (not to mention her parent's)

I believe Humeira is neither naive nor a victim. Yes, she was innocent in the beginning, but damn the CV's, the innocence has been replaced by stupidity of highest order. Let us consider Humeria's behavior from the start of the serial-

- First one-sided love - She was madly in love with Ayan, even though Ayan had repeatedly told her he didnt love her.
- No love, no life - She was ready to lay down her life when she realised Ayan didn't love her.
- Love, but no trust - When finally Ayan fell in love with her (I have my reservations on this too), she didn't trust him enough.
- Finally, No old is gold, only all that glitters is gold - She didn't lose time in falling for Haider and was quick to elope with him. The urgency of the elopement quirks me. She was not being married off the next day that she had to take such a drastic step.

She was more than eager to share the room with Haider.
And if the consummation did happen, she was a willing party and maybe enjoyed it too.
I don't think Humeira is a victim.

p.s. And IMO, Ayaan never really loved Humeira. He started having feelings for her only when he realised that she had gone missing. It was more of sympathy induced love.

I think Humeria is really rude, and immature. I don't like how she treats others around her. I honestly think she moved on way to fast from Ayan. If you truly love someone, you don't move onto someone else in the matter of a month. I think she has no idea on what she wants, and it's pretty dumb that she's willing to sacrifice everything for a guy she just met. I really don't like how she treats others as well. First she gets mad at Zoya for trying to get her parents out of their house, then she runs away from home with her boyfriend that she just met to shame her entire family. She's very hypocritical!

Good to see an opinion similar to mine. Humeira is no victim. She has been incredibly silly for some time now and it was bound to catch up with her. Not to mention she did accuse Haider of rape just a few weeks ago and now she's jumping into bed with him?!? Who elopes with a man they don't know? As you said there is no urgency. Humeira is just being a brat - she's angry and mummy and daddy hence she chooses running away to teach them a lesson. How mature...NOT!

For me what has surprised me in the entire discussion is the feelings of horror that a man would take advantage. Forget a man...a woman too would take advantage if presented with an emotionally weak rich guy. How do people think the term golddigger has come about. Lol. Haider isn't taking advantage of humeira here because she's a girl, he's doing it because she's an easy target and the perfect weapon to hurt ghazia. Also this idea that haider is vile...well of course he is. He is the villain in the ayra story...that's kinna the point and he will definitely pay. I doubt there was ever a doubt that he wouldn't.

Yes, she has been crazy. Right from going to meeting a guy met online, to killing herself to running off with a guy she hardly knows.

Yeah, Humeira's character was selfish from the beginning, but the innocence has been lost.

@bold - I love you for this.
Both Humeira and Ayan are selfish, but Humeira ranks that much higher in selfishness than Ayaan.
As for her bad treatment meted out to others, she should've been given a tight slap by her parents during her growing up period. Now, things have gotten outta control.

Right from the time of Zoyaan, I have maintained that Humeira ends up getting all the sympathy.
Humeira is a brat of the first order. I would blame her parent's for her upbringing. This should be a lesson to parents, blind love, of any kind is not good.

@bold- completely agree Pri. I had almost written a line on women taking advantage of men for their own selfish greed and then crying rape. THere are so many such cases currently.
Haider was a villian, and even if he was not a villian, I don't think what he did (or did not do) can be called a crime.

Dont think there would've been such a hue and cry if Haider was show as a positive guy?
