Plastic surgery is essential for burn & accident victims for reconstruction of the mangled features but now it is being used to become more beautiful or appealing. It's because of actresses own inferiority complex & insecurities that they are resorting to such techniques to get what they say ' Bhagwan Jo nahi deta doctor de sakta hai'... Look at Deepika & Sonam they have far from perfect bodies but they are comfortable & look pretty confident too... Ppl like Aditya Chopra & Kjo do exist but in case of Anushka she gave importance to comments on Pinkvilla too which clearly shows her inferiority complex(maybe she was compared to other beautiful actresses).Ordinary ppl do face criticism for their looks but rarely they go that far... these actresses(& actors) have money plus their insecurities to undergo drastic PS procedures to look younger & prettier.
