Can someone please update me. What did Sheela mean when she said that Preeti was
responsible for Avanita's marriage breakup. I have not been watching from the beginning. Why was Avanika living in Diwan Mansion for so many years?

Avantika had a misunderstanding that Harish had an affair with someone and helped that lady in abortion. On her 25th wedding anniversary the family found out that it was Preeti who had abortion and thus another Misunderstanding. It was Pankhuri's uncle Kailash child and thats why Preeti and Harish kept hidden from family and Avantika because she did not liked Pankhuri in the start.
