Mumbai: Fans of Zee TV's Qubool Hai' can look forward to seeing something unusual on television. Love is in the air for Indian television's hottest couple- Asad and Zoya and the two hearts will exchange marital vows soon.

Valentine's Day is round the corner and the fairytale day is finally here for Asad and Zoya! After trials and tribulations galore, months of indecisiveness and what looked like an eternity of separation, television's all time favourite jodi are all set to take the plunge and solemnise their wedding vows against one of the architectural wonders of the world...the epitome of eternal love - The Taj Mahal!

First time ever in the history of television, a wedding will be shot against the backdrop of Taj Mahal! How does one feel about such an epic moment? We asked Surbhi Jyoti, the lead who plays the character Zoya, "It was an Oh My God' moment for me! I always knew that whenever the Asad - Zoya nikaah happens, it will be a grand one. But to imagine that it'll happen against the backdrop of the real Taj is unimaginable! I'm truly the lucky one! I wish even my real wedding happens there."

Raqesh Vashisht, the lead man who recently took up the mantle of Asad said, "First of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the viewers for accepting me in the role of Asad and showering me with so much affection. The show has grown in ratings with your blessings and combined efforts of the entire cast and crew. About the Taj Mahal wedding, well, all I can say is that I'm certainly the privileged one! The Asad-Zoya nikaah is something the viewers have been looking forward to for quite long and its time we treat them graciously. I'm very excited about the shoot in Agra against the Taj Mahal. I think it's going to be a spectacle of sorts! Maybe someday I'll come here again and renew my vows with my wife (Riddhi Dogra) once again in front of the Taj."

The wedding preparations are in full swing. As a precursor to the nikaah, there will be a grand bachelor's party, followed by a nek ceremony, where the father of the bride gives her bounties for the wedding. This will be followed by the haldi and mehndi ceremonies and the spotting of the morning star. Zoya's wedding trousseau will be inspired by Sabhyasachi's designs and jewelleries will have an authentic Islamic touch to them.

Said producer Gul Khan, "We're leaving no stone unturned to make this wedding an impressive one for the television viewers. The Asad- Zoya wedding is the most awaited one for TV audiences. Hope the viewers love the weeklong celebrations of the nikaah starting 9th February and ending with the Taj wedding on the 14th of February. Agra mein likhi jaayegi ek aur daastaan-e-mohabbat!"
