THE sCENE begins with T taking a promise from nila not to meet Vicky in private and to behave properly...nila does so, but still T wonders... in TT's house, TA recalls the advice to leave the job with prabha..he wonders, calls prabha but remembers prabha offering jewels n money in time of need and then drops, but still thinks again that it is best to be on his own.. just then joseph comes with Rs. 50 K for investment...TA tells him to go to his office and joseph wonders why TA is not excited abt the amount...TA evades the questions and tells him to meet his manager... in the college T waits to meet shiva and tries to apologise and offers friendship but shiva decides to make obscene advances and this angers T who slippers him and them leaves her slippers there itself and tells him she wont tell anyone and not to do so either and leaves as shiva continues to stare on ..

Thendral Episode 1053, Wednesday 05/02/14

Shiva is still thinking of his embarrassing moments because of Thulasi. He hands an empty exam paper and leaves the room. Nila and her friend ask what happened but Shiva leaves without saying a word.

Kalyani tells Deepa that she took a decision by herself to refuse the deal between her company and Mohan's company. Deepa supports her decision. They have high hopes that this business will grow and be successful.

Tamizh tells Prabha to continue the share trade business by himself breaking the partnership. Prabha says that he will change if the fault is his and he doesn't want Tamizh to split as he is Prabha's best friend. Tamizh says that together they have been very successful but now is the time for them to see success individually. (Dir Kumara, make up your bloody mind do you want us to feel pity for Prabha or angry towards him 😆 But whatever happens I hope Deepa and Kalyani do not change their decisions)

Nila asks what was wrong with Shiva. Thulasi tells Nila what happened after a lot of persuasion but asks Nila's promise that she will not tell anyone else. (Yeah right 😆 intha otta vaiyu college fulla newsa paravirum)
