This was so beautifully written👏

This was just ethereal, I could visualize everything, almost feel the palpable intensity between Arnav and Khushi.

His description of her as the ocean by the ocean himself was quiet endearing. She is him.

This simple, beautiful moment between to fiance was just brilliantly portrayed. :)

I especially loved 3 bits which I am sure are engraved in my heart and mind.

The first one is where he thinks that in spite of being self-conscious about smiling, he smiles unconsciously when he sees her happy and dancing... This brings forth his ASRish nature... Need I say more??? We all know all the traits and history which are encompassed by these 3 letters...

The second one was where he doesnt want his sullen shadow to fall on her lively laughter in spite of wanting to be close to her... This is the most basic contrast between their characters. Hain dhoop sa woh agar, woh chandni raat si hain...

The third one is when he thinks he will dirty her home with his muddy feet. Oh thank you for infusing this one sentence with all the guilt that all his demeaning words and harsh actions deserve. Khushi was forgiving... she forgave Arnav. I could never forgive the CVs for making Arnav forgive himself so easily. THIS here gives me the glimpse of hell ASR deserved. Bas!

And when it was revealed that those were his mother's kangans, that they had every right to be in a room alone, that they were engaged, that they could finally let all the rabba ves translate into the kiss, that his watching over her all this while was his haqq and not some Cullenish-stalkish tendencies... mera dil bagh bagh ho gaya...

Btw, I dunno if this is how you intended it to be. But Arnav means sea/ ocean while you called her the sea and him the shore... Does it mean that he finally acknowledges that, he isnt complete without her, that she is a part of him, that he is in fact dependent upon her???
