In 'No one killed Jessica', it was the younger sister who gets killed and the elder sister fights for justice. It was a random murder that happened with many witnesses. And the sister tries to get justice by approaching the courts and legal means.

Here, in 'Paanch' it is about a girl who suicides because of ragging. There was no direct murder involved and no witnesses. There is no legal fight shown here. The sister, Roshini isn't here to get legal justice... but she wants to take revenge on the culprits by using pretense and giving a taste of their own medicine.
