O let me compare and contrast Zakir and Sandhya today. First let me go with Zakir
Positives:
Very determined. Clear cut instructions to all team members. Encouraging each and every one doing the task. Today he was able to make even other team members appreciate each others performance. The team was in winning mood and he did play an important role in it. He said to everyone he wants Sahyadri on the top.
Negative
Most important and only one negative. The line he told in mind. I want to win this at any cost. As a team lead I would have preferred him telling I want my team to win this at any cost
Sandhya
Positives
Today she was more determined. She listened to each and every word of Zakir and wanted to perform. The mental focus and sharpness was there in her face. While other team members were doing the task the team spirit was showing in her and she wanted to do it. One of the big pluses the line she told in her mind. I would not let my squad down. WOW mark of a true team member.
Negatives
Her body is simply not helping her. She is having some problem. Pregnancy or whatever. But she needs medical attention immediately.
