Heyooo it's me. Naam toh suna hoga na? nai aww it's ok let me introduce myself to you. Hi I am virat, virat singh vadhera son of the great business tycoon vijay singh vadhera. I have everything in my life like luxury, power, wealth but I don't need all this. I need something else in fact I need someone, someone who is very dear to me, someone who is very close to me, someone who lives here in my heart.

I wanna tell you a secret but hey shhh don't tell this to anyone okies. The secret is I am in love but hey don't laugh at me ok. My love is not of two or three days the fact is I am in love from last four year with the same gal. but the sad thing is that I am still unable to confess my love to her. I know, I know you would say what??? What kind of a person I am? I am in love since four years but didn't confess. well for your kind information don't need to get so much surprise. Actually I do confessed in fact I confessed several times but don't know why I didn't get any reply from her. I didn't confess face to face but I confess through love letters. I secretly keep letters in her note book every week. I know it's sound cheesy and typical old ways to confess but I love this way. But why isn't she replying. Uff this shorti is getting on my nerves now. Ahan remember from shorti where is she? She never get late for her classes but today she still didn't show any sign of her.

"ouch... viraaat can't you see and walk, you dumbo idiot" a thin gal bumped into virat when he was walking carelessly or we can say that in his dreamy land.

"ahan there you are ms. Shorti" virat said dreamily. The gal ignored him and bend down to collect her books and notes which had fallen down when they bumped into each other

"virat how many times I have to tell you that my name is manvi not shorti" she said scrunching her nose in irritation. Virat also bend on his knees and start helping her in gathering her books and notes from the ground.

"but I like to say shorti na" he poted but manvi ignored his cute n puppy face. While she was busy in gathering her stuff from ground and muttering under her breath virat was looking at her dreamily. He liked it when her nose get red in anger, he like it when she set her glasses on her nose with her index finger, he like it when her open hairs fly in air in fact he like everything in her...

Manvi looked up at virat who was still looking at her showing all his teeth. She shook her head setting her glasses on her nose and snatched her book from his hand which he was holding in his hand and walked toward classroom leaving a dreaming virat behind. Virat's two friends Rohit n Raina witnessed the whole scene, they shook their heads and screamed in union.

"she had gone" they screamed in union and virat came back to sense hearing them screaming. He stood up fron the ground and smiled cheekily scratching the back of his head in embarrassment. Then the three of them also walked toward classrrom...

It was four in the evening and classes comes to an end. The whole day was quite hectic, busy and lot of tiring. After classes students retired to their respected homes but there was one person who was waiting for someone nd who could he be other than virat. He was waiting for manvi in parking lot impatiently when his friend rohit tapped on his shoulder from behind with Raina beside him..

"for how long would you wait for her" rohit asked when he saw virat in parking area waiting for manvi

"till my last breath" virat replied dramatically and rohit rooled his eyes hearing his statement. Raina who stood beside him giggled at both of them

"virat stop being so dramatic and stubborn. She doesn't give a damn to your love. In fact she doesn't even care. If she care then why she didn't reply to those letters which you kept secretly in her books every week" rohit said in irritation. Rohit wasn't against virat's love but it hurt him to saw running aimlessly behind manvi with the hope that one day she will peep in his heart but according to rohit manvi never care virat's feeling

"are you done with your speech" virat asked coolly as if he doesn't care whatever he said "look rohit I don't care if she has feeling for me or not or I don't care if she cares for my feeling. The only thing which matter to me is her happiness and I can spend my whole life watching her smile. I love her but it doesn't mean I expect from her to return those feelings. And this is also the biggest truth that my feelings for her can never be change and I'll always keep loving her whether she accepts my love or not" Rohit n Raina were speechless after hearing this. Virat's selfless love for manvi always forced them to think that they could never see the better example of true love like the way virat has for manvi

"virat you are a true lover in real sense. And manvi is a lucky gal who got a person like you who love her selflessly and unconditionally. I hope she will realize this soon" raina said smiling at virat and prayed to got that her friend got his happiness

"thanx raina and I am sure that day will be come soon" saying that virat looked at rohit who was still not convinced "oyee hero now stop throwing daggers at me" virat said coming back to his funny and dramatic mode

"you are just impossible" rohit said shaking his head in negative

"any doubt" virat asked raising his collar with proud n wide smile

"see your Juliet is coming" raina said looking toward manvi's direction. Virat turned his gaze toward manvi and again lost in his dreamland. Her just one look skip his heart beat. He forget everything whenever he see manvi and music start playing behind him

Virat came out from his dreamy land when manvi shook him. Virat scratched the back of his head in embarrassment when he caught staring at her red handed

"virat I am asking something where were you lost" manvi asked awkwardly. She was actually embarrassed in front of her friends like the way virat was staring at her.

"umm no where let's go" virat said walking toward his limmo. But manvi didn't move and looked at him in confusion.

"where" she asked in confusion and quite irritated with his behavior..

"home sweet home. Actually girlfriend called me to meet her today as she is missing me a lot in these days and she also told me to pick you so can we" virat explained smiling cheekily at her. Manvi hopped inside his car rolling her eyes without any argument as she knew tha no one can win from this psycho friend of her. She bid her goodbyes to rohit n raina..

"I am damn sure that your girlfriend didn't tell you anything. It's your plan isn't it?" manvi asked once she adjusted herself on the passenger seat and virat drove away from college to her home

"ouch it hurts. Don't you trust me?" he asked and pretended like her words hurt him. Manvi rolled her eyes again at him

"stop rolling your eyes or else it will come out" he said dramatically. Manvi again felt the urge to roll her eyes but stopped herself and sit straight

"you know what you are just impossible" manvi so badly wanted to pull his hairs but refrained this thought as he was driving.

"I know in fact everyone say that" virat replied proudly. Manvi sit straight and closed her eyes to prevent her eyes from rolling again. Virat felt the urge to laugh at her loudly but he controlled his laughter bitting his lips and concentrate on road.

"I love you manvi and I hope you can see my heart which only beats for you. There is only your name written in the every corner of my heart. I wish you can also feel the same way like I feel for you" he thought to himself. While thinking about this a wide smile was playing on his lips. Manvi turned her gaze from road to virat and her lips curved into a smile when she saw him smiling. He was looking so cute n innocent. Virat is her best friend since high school and they shared their each problem n happiness with each other. She knew that virat is quite dramatic not a serious guys but his fun loving nature always melt her heart. In spite all of these she want him to take life seriously rather playing pranks and joking around and she really wants to see him reaching on the heights of success...

"hey girlfriend" he greeted his girlfriend as he entered in manvi's house

"boyfriend" she squealed in happiness as she saw virat. Virat came forward and gave her a tight warming hug. She is like a mother figure to him and she too adore him like her own son. While they were busy in gossip they didn't notice manvi who was watching them from a little distance at the door step of kitchen

"if you both are done with your gossip then can I hug my mom now" both manvi and padmini manvi's mother looked at manvi and manvi walked toward her mother

"how's your day at college my bacha" padmini asked lovingly pecking on her forehead. Manvi too pecked on her cheek and hugged her tightly. Virat smiled at their bond

"it was hell tiring mom" manvi replied hugging her mother more tightly "I missed you mom" she said in a cracked voice. Padmini felt something fishy with the way she is behaving. Virat who was also present there got confused that she was okey during the whole day and the way back to home then what happened suddenly. Padmini immediately broke hug and checked her forehead to confirm if she had fever or something

"what happened mannu?? Are you okie??" she asked worriedly

"no mom don't worry I am okie just little bit tired" manvi replied shaking her head in negative and padmini was relief to know that

"okie then go n freshen up till then I'll make your special ginger tea with hot cheese pakoras" manvi nodded with smile and left to freshen up. Padmini start preparing tea and pakoras for her daughter

"girlfriend can I ask something if you don't mind" virat asked with little hesitation

"of course boyfriend you can ask anything from me" padmini replied with a smile and continue with her work

"ermm actually I am noticing that you got so much worried with little things. Is there any problem" he asked with the hope that may be she will answer his questions. Padmini was taken aback with his sudden question. She thought for a moment then shook her head in no...

"no virat, there is nothing to worry about. Actually I just care too much about everything but what to do I am a mother so it's natural to worry about kids" she explained. While virat was not convinced fully with her reply but he didn't ask any further question and thought to drop the topic here. In mean time tea and cheese pakoras were ready and virat helped her to set them on dining table. Soon manvi also joined them

"wow smells nice" she squealed as the tasty smell of pakoras hit her nostrils. She sat beside her mother and start munching pakoras one after another without stopping. She was gobbling them in her throat on fast speed. Her mother shook her head at her careless nature. Virat was totally amused by her antics.

"shortiii" virat called her stretching her name breaking the spell of her continue gobbling. Manvi looked up at him in irritation and scrunched her eyebrows at him "are you joining us at new year party this weekend"

"huh new year, party and me, no ways" she denied clearly or we can say didn't bother

"but why???" he pouted and looked at padmini for help

"manvi beta it's just matter of two or three hours so why don't you join them" padmini tried to convince manvi and virat looked at her with pleading eyes. Manvi shook her head from right to left

"no mom I can't go. Sorry virat celebrations, parties, dance it's not my cup of tea but you guys are free to enjoy and plz don't drag me into this mess" she gave a clear cut rejection which broke virat's heart. He sighed sadly but he is not ready to give up. Suddenly he removed her glasses from her nose

"virat give them back to me" manvi said sternly but virat was too stubborn to give up

"no first say yes" he replied stubbornly hiding her glasses under his pocket

"a clear cut no now give my glasses back to me"

"girlfriend plz make this pinhead understand so that she can say yes. Why is she so stubborn. She has not a single quality of yours" virat said dramatically and padmini laughed out loud at his statement which cause manvi rolled her eyes at both of them

"manvi beta it's ok na. go and enjoy if he is asking so sweetly. Plz for me beta" her mother pleaded sweetly. Virat knew he had hit her weakest point as her mother is her weakness and she can't denied her pleadings. Manvi glared at virat before looking at her mother

"fine I'll join you at new year celebration. Are you happy now" she agreed giving up as she knew that she couldn't win in front of these two most stubborn people of her life. Virat smiled triumphly and gave her glasses back

"very much happy.. girlfriend you are really genius" he hi5 with her mother and gave her a side hug

"you both are just impossible" manvi said in irritation. She stormed toward her room before sticking her tongue out at virat and putting her glasses back on her nose.

"thanx girlfriend" virat said with a wide smile to padmini

"anything for my boyfriend" padmini replied pulling his cheek "btw I made gajar ka halwa for you"

"wow really?? You are the best" he gave her another tight hug and rushed toward kitchen to get his gajar ka halwa. Padmni shook her head at his kiddish behavior and smiled at his innocence. She looked upward and prayed to god to keep her children happy always

New year party

Party was on full swing when manvi virat reached there. Manvi's mother insisted her to go with virat as she didn't want her to go alone and more than that she trusted on virat. So manvi had no other option to come with him. Loud music was echoing in the whole hall. Some were dancing, drinking and some were chatting enjoying there new year. Manvi went to Raina when she spotted her in the corner

"hiii manvi happy new year" raina hugged her wishing her new year

"thanks raina and same to you" manvi wish the same and hugged her back. They were chatting randomly when suddenly lights went dim and music stopped. Then a spot light fell in the middle of the hall where a tall and handsome guys stood in the middle with guitar hanging on his left shoulder. His back facing toward audience when he start singing and slowly turned his face toward everyone. Gals squealed in joy when they found he is none other than virat. He raised his head and directly looked at the direction of manvi where she was stood with Raina. There eyes were locked when virat start singing without breaking there eyelock

He start walking toward manvi still holding her gaze. Manvi was nervous and her heart was thumping against her chest loudly. She didn't know what he was going to do. Virat was walking in circles around her and humming

At the end of the song he was on his knees in front of manvi and head was down. Slowly he raised his head and locked his eyes with manvi

"I only think about you from the day you came into my life. You are the most beautiful gal on this earth and the most precious thing which happen to me. You are everywhere, in my breath, in my every talk, in my thoughts, in my dreams in fact you are everywhere. I want to share every important moment of my life with you and I want to give you every happiness of this world. I want to there for you in your every happiness and every sorrow. I know I am little bit crack and crazy. I may not be perfect but I promise to be perfect for you. I love you manvi from the first day I saw you. Will you do the owner to brighten up my life with your smile. Will you be mine for ever and ever after"

He ended his confession. Everyone glued to their places and eyes were widen in shock. Some were looking with shock and some in jealousy.

His each n every word came from his heart that any gal could fall for him after listening such a sweet and heart touching confession. He poured out all his feelings which he was burying inside his heart since four years.

Manvi stood stunned and glued to the place where she stood. She didn't react or move. Her heart and mind went numb and hold no emotions even words were not ready to come out from her throat. She was actually speechless. The most handsome and eligible bachelor of town with kind heart in love with her and today he confessed in front of everyone. Does any gal can want more after this lovely confession?? Virat's heart was thumping loudly as he was waiting impatiently for her reply in fact everyone who present there were waiting for her answer

"manvi" virat whispered her name to gain her attention and she come back to sense which went numb few minutes back. She looked into virat's eyes without any emotions or we can say that blankly. She wanted to say yes and engulf herself in his arms but alas every coin has two sides and they held different stories. Virat may be perfect for her but is she perfect for her? She has no answer. She wanted escape, escape from the world and hide herself where no one could see her. Slowly she stepped back and with these slow steps she rushed out from the hall or might be rushed out from virat's life. Virat was hurt, broken and confused.

What else destiny stored for both of them. To know that wait for the next shot
