Ganga asks Sanchi to stop and go away from here . Sanchi taunts Ganga why Ganga ? what happened ? Scared about your image destroying in front of this family They will see your true face Don't worry Ganga no one is here to listen what I am saying . Ganga is getting angry at Sanchi which is making her Blood pressure high and she is facing difficulty to breathe . Ganga asks Sanchi to please go away from here . Sanchi shouts at Ganga shut up I know I will have to go from here because you with your tricks have snatched that place from me which was my right If I would have been here in your place I would have given Jagdish a better life and given a heir to this family without the drama that you are doing and the tension you have given to everyone but you didn't let it happen , you snatched Jagdish from me by telling him your fake sorrowful story you cheater What you think Jagdish and his family truly love you No Jagdish only had compassion in his heart for you which he thought as love and he got crazy for you .His family loves him so much , don't want to lose him and they too are supporting him in his madness but the day Jagdish's misunderstanding will be cleared that day everything will be over then you keeping roaming with your kids from two men in search for a new prey.
Ganga is very angry at Sanchi says to her Stop Stop it now , you don't need to think about me so much , how much you have thought about me even for once if you would have thought honestly about your own self then you would have understood whatever you lost is not because of me but because of your own self , because of the poison in you. Sanchi says wow so innocent Ganga can get angry too. Ganga says I am forced because people like you don't understand any other tongue You need to be shown the mirror . Ganga's condition is worsening because of high blood pressure in anger and she is in pain . Ira takes permission from Dadisaa now they should leave . Dadisaa says I am very happy you came here , now be ready I will send another invitation to you when the child will be born to participate in our happiness . Ira says we are eagerly waiting for that day . Sanchi comes there . Ira asks her where you have been ? Sanchi says I was talking with Ganga that's why got late . Ira says to Sanchi we should leave now . Sanchi touches Dadisaa's feet and says thank you dadijee for forgiving me and including me in your happiness . Dadisaa blesses Sanchi devimaa fulfill your every heartiest wish . Sanchi says in her mind with an evil smile on her face No dadi jee your devimaa cannot fulfill my heartiest wish that's why I did everything to get my heartiest wish fulfilled which is Ganga' s death . Dadisaa asks Anandi to call her once they reached home to tell her they safely reached . Anandi says ok .Ira , Meenu , Anandi , Sanchi and Amol leave from Haveli
Jagya receives a call on his mobile from Ganga He attends it and tells her I am about to come to you . Ganga with great difficulty tells him our child ...She could only say this in extreme labour pains . Jagya is shocked and rushes to Ganga
Dadisaa tells Sumitra and Gehna the ceremony has been done so well . Jagya comes running downstairs and tells Dadisaa something happened to Ganga . Dadisaa , Sumitra and Gehna are shocked and run to Ganga's room along with Jagya and attend Ganga who is extreme pain
Everyone is shocked to see Ganga in extreme pain , Dadisaa says to Jagya she seems to be having labour pains. Jagya picks up Ganga and says we have take her to hospital and do her operation . Jagya takes Ganga to jeep . Dadisaa , Sumitra and Gehna follow him . Dadisaa asks Gehna to stay in the house with kids and call Bhairon , tell him to reach hospital fast , Dadisaa and Sumitra sit at back of jeep with Ganga while Jagya drives . Dadisaa and Sumitra encourage Ganga nothing will happen to her . Ganga is in extreme pain
Jaitser Hospital:
Lal Singh is about to leave and telling nurse call him if there is any emergency when he gets a call from Sumitra who tells him Ganga 's condition is very bad and they are bringing her to hospital Jagya has said prepare the operation theater . Lal Singh is shocked to hear this and asks Sumitra what happened to Ganga ? I talked with Jagya a while ago and he told me Ganga is fine . Dadisaa takes phone from Sumitra and tells Lal Singh do the preparations hurriedly Nothing should happen to my beendini You both have to save her . Lal Singh tells Dadisaa not to worry . Lal Singh rushes to do the preparations and also instructs the ward boys to bring the stretcher
Jagya reaches Jaitser hospital . Dadisaa , Sumitra along with him take Ganga inside the hospital on stretcher . Bhairon too reaches the hospital and runs inside . Before Jagya can get inside the operation theater . Dadisaa stops him and emotionally says to him you have to save my beendini on every cost Nothing should happen to her .if you want to see your dadisaa alive then you will have to save Ganga otherwise I will die too . Jagya consoles Dadisaa and runs inside
The gynecologist does Ganga's operation while Jagya assists her . Outside operation theater Dadisaa , Sumitra and Bhairon are waiting . Dadisaa recalls in Flashbacks Ganga taking care of her . Dadisaa is emotional . Dadisaa goes to hospital's temple and starts praying there . Sumitra too comes there and prays for Ganga

Shekhars are sitting together minus Sanchi and Mahi . Anandi calls haveli . Gehna attends the call .Anandi tells her Dadisaa has told her to call once she reached home can she talk with Dadisaa? . Gehna emotionally tells Anandi everyone has gone to hospital as Ganga's condition is critical . Anandi is shocked hearing this . Shekhars are shocked seeing Anandi shocked
Kesar Bagh and Jaitser hospital:-
Anandi calls Bhairon and tells him I have called home and from Taisaa came to know Ganga's condition got critical . Bhairon says her operation is going on Jagya is inside assisting the gynecologist . Anandi is emotional and asks from Bhairon Can she talk with Dadisaa ? Bhairon says Dadisaa and Sumitra are praying for Ganga in the temple .Anandi consoles an emotional Bhairon telling him don't worry nothing will happen to Ganga Tell Dadisaa and Maa their prays will never go un heard and here we too are praying for Ganga .

Ganga's operation is going on . Dadisaa , Sumitra and Bhairon are praying for Ganga
Kesar Bagh:
Anandi , Meenu and Ira are praying for Ganga in temple while the men are sitting tensed and waiting for call , praying in their hearts as well . Sanchi comes there and is confused seeing everyone tensed and Anandi, Ira , Meenu praying in temple . Sanchi asks from Daddu why everyone is so tensed and why Bhabhi , mom and choti mom are praying like this temple. Daddu tells her Ganga's condition is very critical Anandi called home and from there got to know about this Ganga 's operation is going on . Sanchi is very happy hearing this She recalls how she taunted Ganga and her condition became bad right there but says to Daddu O how sad ? but how this happened ? She was absolutely fine some time ago when we left . Daddu says don't know what happened She is in seven month's pregnancy which is very critical Don't know why God puts so much difficult situations for good people . Sanchi is very happy and says in her mind Ganga my curses will work and you will die
Jaitser Hospital and KB:-
Operation is going on , everyone praying for Ganga except Sanchi who says to herself when the good news will come Ganga has died ?
Jaitser Hospital:-
Bhairon hears the child crying outside Operation theater . Inside operation theater Operation has been done ,Nurse gives Jagya his son .
Jagya is very emotional and holds the baby his arms .
Jagya puts the baby besides Ganga and tells her Ganga see Mannu 's little brother came .
Ganga slowly gains consciousness and smiles seeing her son besides her .Ganga says Dadisaa but then goes to sleep again .
The gynecologist tells Jagya nothing to worry She will get better soon . Jagya is emotional and happy
Jagya comes out of operation theater and emotionally hugs Bhairon . Jagya gestures Bhairon everything is alright. Bhairon is very emotional and happy .
Jagya goes to Dadisaa and puts his hand on her shoulder emotionally telling her congratulations Dadisaa your prays goddess has heard and you became great grandmother (par daadi ) Ganga gave birth to a son and both mom and son are safe . Dadisaa is emotional . Dadisaa , Sumitra and Jagya thank goddess . Dadisaa emotionally hugs Jagya .
