go onto i tunes make sure its updated and has the podcasr feature! then go to advanced subscribe to podcast then copy and paste the link it, it shud automatically download one of the shows!!

i am just a bit confused on how to get the next show wen it cumes, does it come automatically or do i have to keep on manually d/l them?😕

I think that you can configure in your Podcast setting in the Preference options that whether you would like to keep it manual or automated.

The retro cafe show will be released on our Podcast tonight so dont miss it out.
