ami u r correct 2 sum extent but falahaar doesn't mean fruit dish only. it means light meal also but widout cereals& pulses.and earlier & even 2day sum ppl don't use sea salt in ot but they use rock salt as its considered as pure & doesn't contain impurities like sea salt ahs in form of degraded dead insects etc.
