Falahaar means fruits, nuts,seeds,roots like potatoes etc.and we can've salted cooked potatoes wid spices but no turmeric( as these days theres adulteration of flour in it so avoid it) if u don't want 2 eat food @ nite& food means cereals, lentils, pulses,veges. & non-veg food is total no-noduring these 9 days.and there r sum oder things which can b eaten like a kind of rice which r not rice but luk like rice. and rotis made of flour of "singhara" or u can call it water chestnut also 2 eat @ nite.
