As for support, true that we can expect to see. From the description in the article it seems that he is some hot shot so will definitely be providing Phulwa the support she needs to stand up against the Thakur.
And i have full faith in Phulwas love too, and i guess Abhay too has it but thats the problem despite knowing this we may have to watch all those push away scenes.
I'm not liking it because as if the bedridden Abhay wasnt enough now more scenes will be dedicated to building the new character and most probably his and Phulwa interaction.
Really i hope what you said is right and this character ends up bringing PhAb closer.

Even I'm wondering why they wrote parallel lead...but TB articles are not flawless. Anyways, yes i really really hope he is just for a cameo and leaves soon. I'm sorry but not interested in seeing new characters when they can build a perfectly good track using the already present one.

@Bold: Yeah, that is the one part I am not a huge fan of. In building his character, they will take away the PhAb screen time, which as always doesn't sit very well with me. But then I thought, now that the track has completely shifted, we'll barely be seeing anyone from the haveli, especially Thakur's posse (Bua, Kul and Shrabati), so they have to utilize that time somewhere. Also, I would much, much rather see some character building for this doctor and his interaction with PhAb rather than see those three and Thakur in the same screen together! They really have absolutely no point from here onwards, especially till Abhay is in the hospital, so I really hope they don't waste time giving them some kind of completely useless plot to be a part of. This track, wherever it may lead us, is sounding extremely PhAb centric, because it ultimately revolves around them, new entry or not, so I'd really keep the focus here, so that we can actually have Abhay healthy and back on his feet in a few weeks rather than a few months *shudder*. Plus, just let him regain the function of his hands soon, the rest can get better with time, but I can't stand the thought of him not being able to move his hands :/

@Allbut1. Think u might be rite but the term parallel lead is somewhat fishy. i really hope they used the word just like that and didnt really mean that Dr Arjun Singh will play a major role. Phulwa has been kinda a unique show minus the extra dragging and usual hindi soap drama so hpe the CVs keep it that way.

Wow you always show a new and more likable direction. So thanks for that! :))

True, it would better to see this new doc rather that evil trio and Thakurs monkey act.
@bold- Very true. I hope you are right and we get maximum scenes of them and yes Abhay back on his feet soon.
So far they havent dragged any track so I'm hoping they would continue the trend here and quickly wrap it up. And at the end of this track PhAb would have come even closer then they were in the beginning.
Yeah yaar, this hands part is really just...too frustrating. Not being able to walk phir bhi theek tha but this whole body paralysis is just too much. Hoping to see Abhay back in action soon.
You know, if only they show Abhay recover soon and back on his feet and the doc is still there for some reason maybe I wouldn't mind that too much because i would know that at least PhAb are together and Abhay wont be in his dukhi mood any more. We really need Abhay back in shape soon.

Love Triangle possiblity😕 ..i didn't get it since Arjun is a good guy a bit egoistic and have his own past probably a frustrated soul that our phulwa will be bringing him out of it with her good lectures and hopeful strong personality and of course with her true love for her husband but why will he think about Phulwa in that way ..a married woman so in love with her husband that of course he'll be seeing with his own eyes so i think he will probably end up being a good helping friend of Phulwa who will share his sorrows with her and also helping her instead of becoming her lover or a negative character for Phulwa i want Phulwa .😆at least this is what i have percieved from the article..this parallel lead thing is also confusing me since he will be more like a supporting actor not a lead but i guess this is only said to make viewers feel he is an important character🤔 so i guess we won't be facing a love triangle

@Kikyo: A big virtual hug your way for your comment! That is exactly what I was thinking. I find it really funny how just to create hype and garner audience attention, words like love triangle are thrown out so casually without them even stopping to think what they're implying with their statements! It's very easy to say that yeah there's a possibility of a love triangle to rile and frustrate everyone, but to actually accomplish a proper love triangle, so much more is needed than just 3 people. Feelings need to be involved from all sides, and that is most definitely NOT happening in this case. Phulwa not only loves Abhay with everything she is made of and more, but she is also MARRIED to him. And that kind of relationship and bond, especially the one PhAb share is almost impossible to break. In the condition Abhay is one, Phulwa will make it her life's mission to get him better and that's all she's going to be working for. Her feelings are definite, they are not going anywhere, so like you said there is absolutely NO point of a love triangle, in fact Tellychakkar didn't even mention it!

Because like it said in the TOI article, the character has an interesting past, so the reason behind making him a parallel lead is probably because they intent to reveal it and all that jazz, but adding the whole liking Phulwa twist will be totally useless and irrelevant! I would LOVE it if he becomes a support to Phulwa, but that's as far as their interactions should go. They're saying he's a real character, so hopefully the CVs develop his own storyline, and once Abhay starts getting better, he not only starts leaving them alone, but also somehow, someway make Abhay realize that Phulwa is never going to leave him no matter what state he is in! So yeah, this track can give us some very deep and meaningful PhAb moments and story development scenes if done the right way :)

If he does have his own past, then you can expect Phulwa to deal with it somehow, in any case that's what Phulwa's been doing her whole life na - helping people?

I'd really enjoy a friendly relationship going between the two, if need be you can turn it more into a sibling type too. Speaking of love, in a sense love between friends is pretty common and it could very well develop between them too. All I'm hoping is that Abhay simply misinterprets, in her miserable and bleak state, that their relationship is more than that - and they can both diffuse all his misunderstandings.

Khair only time can tell how this track will develop but as Maham and Anu have mentioned, our show is after all enitrely AP based so even this sort of a situation can only bring them closer to one another:)
