it should be faction(fiction+fact) , more or less (i mean.. loosely related to phoolan's story, yet adding in dramatic elements like the current track of champa n all)... cant be very sure... but still havent heard anything of the sort about phoolans family.

Shankar is kind of a supari killer , Thakurs have appointed him to kill phulwa. Though Shankar did not know that time phulwa is a little girl
