As far as I know Sugni and TVS have quite a few enemies including Sugni's father thakur. Why are they all silent.

is it that easy to hide a Bedni's identity in Thakur society?

Please confirm that I am not dumb and CVs are messing with us.

The way this story started i thought sugni would eventually go to the city and meet a thakur and get married and then maybe come back to the village. I don't understand why they are staying in the village.
As for the villagers.. it just doesn't make sense..
