I guess Jessica, she once said when had to choose between her relationship and her job that she was the only woman who made it this big, in this city, and being that she was a woman she wasn't going to risk her reputation by hiring the person she was kinda dating at the time. I love Jessica for the strongheaded woman she is.

And we really don't know much about Donna's past but she seems kinda heartbroken about things from time to time. Who knows... But harvey, harvey is your guy. He is the perfect rendition of that character type I've ever seen.
